Came through drive thru and ordered 2 kids chicken nugget happy meal with juice boxs and Ranch dipping sauce. Paid at the first window. Receive my oder at the second window. Checked my order and there was no ranch dipping sauce. Ask the cashier if I could get some ranch because it wasn’t in the boxes and she hesitated and said ” they said they put it in the box” I literally showed her the inside of the box and she gave me two Ranch dipping sauces but it seems as if she wanted to argue me that they were in fact in the box when it was not. Why are we so stingy with the condiments at this location? If I didn’t get the memo that there is some sort of shortage on dipping sauces someone please inform me. smh

if I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time or your money. Every time I go – there is something wrong with my order. The employees are rude. I went through the drive-through last night, as soon as I got to the second window, they told me to pull into parking spot one. I waited 10 minutes for my food, when they brought my food my drink was missing. I told her I was missing my drink, and she proceeded to look in my car like I was lying about it. She acted like she was going back inside to get my Dr Pepper so I waited another 10 minutes for her to not ever return with the drink I had paid for. I will no longer give this McDonald’s, my money or business.

Placed my order for 2 lg sweet teas and 2 cheeseburgers, paid and waited and waited no food and no service. Waited 20 minutes and blew the horn. They came to the window and I was told they didn’t have my order and would I pull out of line and wait. No, I asked for my money back. No food, late for work and they were just laughing. Will never go back there. It is the worse in Roanoke. The whole line of customers were aggravated.

This morning I had the absolute worst fast(?) food experience I have ever had. I placed an order on the app for pickup in the drive thru. When I arrived, it took 6 minutes to get to the window, where I was asked to pull into a curbside spot. After I stayed there for 5 minutes without my order, I headed inside to ask about the status. It then took another few minutes for an employee to acknowledge my existence and asked me if I needed help with anything. I held up my phone to show him the screen and explained I had already been through the drive thru. He then took my phone from my hand and started tapping on the screen, telling me that I “need to let them know when I’m there”. I explained again that I have already been through the drive through and have been waiting for over 15 minutes at this point.

The male employee then said “well I’m just letting you know, you don’t have to be a smartass about it”.

Is this how management at this location likes to operate?

Terrible. I ordered 2 10 pc nugget meals and only got 1. The food was also cold but that’s not all. I got a happy meal and not only did I get a toy in there, I got a roach. My sweet teas also had something in them. Idek what to do

Drive thru – old fries tasted like just grease so know they were held over the vat too long. Burgers half on the buns. Old chicken nuggets. Forgot sauces for nuggets 20 peiecem. Threw all the food away was so BAD for 30.00 to get old horrible food. I did not go back and complain as I am too angry to even talk respectively to anyone. What happened to QUALITY!!! So disappointed either get quality back or lower your over priced menu!!!

Never got to order my food. Sat in the drive through with my deal pulled up and ready at the order speaker waiting for my order take for so long that it timed out and made me wait 11 more minutes to get again. It gave me the “we got your code” prompt, so the order take might have messed it up. What a waste of time. They’re also weirdly OK with letting employees or family of employees block the only way around their building. Also, they came out and coned off their drive through with people in that line! LOL

“Sorry, she’s not going to take any more orders past this car” and put the cones in front of a pinned car.

I think this location needs some new management.

This has nothing to do with the food. The food was decent. They did, however, screw up my order. They shorted me an apple pie. Customer service was horrible. They all wanted to ignore everyone in the lobby. If you did need something, you had to ask as someone passed by you. The lobby was atrocious. Hadn’t been swept in hours. Watched the guy working the cash register do absolutely nothing for 20 minutes before finally restocking cup lids. Most of the tables haven’t been touched in the 30+ minutes I’ve been here. I feel dirty just sitting here.

Customer service was so bad no one knew what they were doing. Everyone was all over the place not able to help customers. Then when it comes to my order ready the auto system didn’t give me a receipt with my order number and some lady takes my order idk if on prior by accident. But then the guy handing me my order said it’s my fault for not listening even though I walked up there right when he said the order. The lady just grabbed it quick. So he got mad he had to remake my order. Then proceeded to go on his phone on the food line without rehashing his hands afterwards. I worked in food service for quite some years and know this is a big no no. Horrible service and I seen lots of customers in there not happy.
