Pulled up around 3:20 AM and got cold fries that had been sitting out for hours and a hard chicken sandwich, and a Sprite that tasted like straight soda water. NOTHING was fresh. If you’re open that late, at least serve food that’s edible. Terrible experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS LOCATION.

Food was made very sloppy. Orange juice tasted like water-13$ for a meal and it was horrible. Let alone the drive through lady coat was dirty and she was extremely rude and rushy. Never again

The light skin girl with the black hair I made my order. The worst part is that I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger they gave me a single I paid 20 something for two meals. French fries taste lukewarm there’s no condiments place extremely dirty. It took him a half hour to make my food. The manager lady says it is the general manager‘s fault. I told us no such thing as bad business is bad management. She was too busy on the phone talking about somebody else’s business. Customer was leaving. They didn’t know how to work the chaos. The worst part is it took almost a half hour just for two cheeseburgers and a double bacon cheeseburger and I didn’t get what I paid for my french fries was lukewarm. The worst thing in the world is cold McDonald fries honestly, I would recommend anybody to go to Burger King or somewhere else. The way that back kitchen look I should’ve took a picture health inspector to come shut that down, but I guess the standards are extremely low to work at this location.

I stopped by the McDonalds at the Love’s Truck Stop at exit 15 on Interstate 85 in South Hill Virginia on May 26th, twice in one day. At 7am I got breakfast and ordered the Crispy Chicken biscuit. It was great! It was so hot you couldnt hardly bit into it. Perfect biscuit.
Then on the same day, coming home from Maryland, I stopped again at 5:00pm. This time I got a spicy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. Again the food was Hot Hot Hot. Perfect again!
Two different managers and two different crews. Both times it was great! The service was good, folks were friendly. I stop at this McDonalds often since I travel back and forth on 85. I will return again in a few days!!!

Probably the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in years. The food was fresh. The service was quick and accurate. And most importantly, we didn’t have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for our order. Great job!

I have been going to this mcdonalds for a while. They are slow to get out your food which might not even be right. There milkshake maching and slushie machines are typically broken but when they work they dont even fill the cup up. I have given this mcdonalds several chances and they always come up short

Mrs. K. has been craving a simple fish sandwich and this was where we stopped to fill up with gas at the Love’s, it was an easy choice.
After the top off of fuel, we popped in here and took a seat. I ordered on the McDonald’s app and selected table service. About ten minutes later, my name was shouted. Yes, I had to go and pick it up. Aside from slow service (well, maybe because the fish was fresh?), that was a ding to start. But the Filet-O-Fish sandwich was excellent.
The fries were underdone. The iced tea was nearly all ice. And my snack wrap was a mess with shredded cheese outside the wrap and the sauce in one spot rather than spread along the chicken strip. Oh, and I had to go back up to the counter and wait for a crewmember to notice me as there were no napkins in the bag.
The dining room was clean and the soda station was stocked. That and the perfectly cooked Filet-O-Fish saves them from one star.

What a lousy experience we had here. The food was sloppily prepared. I got the McRib which I know tends to be a little messy but I had sauce all over the inside of the box and outside. My wife got a double cheese burger and the had ketchup everywhere. Inside and outside of wrapper and bag.
She also ordered a unsweetea. It was sweet. She took it to the counter to ask for a replacement but the people completely ignored her. She had to dump it out and get a diet coke instead. The place was fairly clean. The only thing you could get were the kitchen staff talking and laughing in the kitchen. They ignored other customers at the counter as well.

The Hungry Taiga
About as normal as any other McDonald’s. It’s really small though and attached to both a Subway and Love’s gas station so that makes it convenient. We stopped here because we were getting gas. I’ve never seen an empty McDonald’s before, so this was my first. We ordered at the kiosk. Then there was one person who sprung out of the back room to hand us our food and then disappeared back there again.
No other customers lol. It was kinda surreal. But food was McDonald’s quality and they got our order right so that’s what’s important
