Pregnant and having food aversions, really craved a quarter pounder today.. and it was raw. Usually it’s a great location but this really turned me off. Normally I’d just eat it, but it doesn’t feel safe while pregnant and it was just a bit of a disappointment to get home and bite into this.

This Is the worst mcdonald’s that I have, My daughter did a Doordash order for a iced mocha coffee, sprite and a Dr pepper. They process the order at 12:20 Paid for it, Waited 20 minutes outside for the order to come, It never came, In fact , my daughter tried to call mcdonald’s and was hung up on not once but twice. Before the store was actually closed. After Waiting Around she ended up cancelling the order, Mcdonald’s never refunded her her money. And Neither did doordash, Instead , they gave her a 92 cent credit!!! I have called the store to try to address this issue.But nobody wants to answer the damn phone. She doesn’t have money like that to throw away.And for them to keep because they are lazy. She Has never had a problem with doordash before , but this mcdonald’s is by far the worst. I feel like their customer Service has gone to shit.
Everybody that works there is rude. They don’t know how to treat people with respect. It’s always Dirty. I will be writing in contacting corporate about this. And my daughter will get her drinks, FOR FREE AND I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!!

Went inside to order on the kiosk for a change & this girl was in there crashing out because she was fired. Turns out she literally took a company laptop hostage because the manager was refusing to give her her documentation about being fired. Even though manager lady wasn’t trying to provide her the documentation newly jobless girl stood 10 toes down & manager lady had a crew member take break from running them fries to run her them papers. Meanwhile another crew member was mopping the floor & minding his own business completely unfazed. When I got my order I was hoping my fries were hot, because of the hold up in operations due to the managers negligence in providing severance paperwork to her former employee. And man let me tell you they were. Perfect amount of salt too. Nuggets were nuggets as expected Would’ve gotten 5 stars overall, but they were out of regular Coke & only had that stepped on diet Coke, yaheardme. Chicken Selects need to make a comeback because those new McCrispy Strips don’t hit like them selects used to, yaknawmtalmbout? Also, no spaghetti 🙁

This McDonald’s has to be one of the worst there is when it comes to service. As a semi-recurring customer due to being a next door student, they have never once gotten my order right and most of the times are unable to give me what I ordered at all.

Oof. I mean it’s McDonald’s so I feel like expectations were set appropriately but dang. Almost $11 for a McChicken, large fry, and a diet coke. Dining room was filthy. Food was barely above room temp and kind of just tossed in the bag. The McChicken wasn’t even really wrapped, it was more kind of … sitting adjacent to the wrapper. They forgot my diet coke at first, had to ask for it. I don’t go to McDonald’s normally, only popped in because a friend gave me a gift card as a joke. My next visit will be the next time I have a gift card because I’m not paying for this lol

03/02/23. Went into the store yesterday instead of using the drive thru. (Thank God) kids needed to use the bathroom. The store was NASTY. I only go b/c my kids live happy meals. If not it’s never go for in a drive thru like this again to get bad service, food, etc. You can tell Fred Russell isn’t the owner anymore. Truly sad.

Went through the drive thru and ordered some milkshakes. I thought great, after 3 years trying to get one here I was finally going to get one. Cashier took my money and then the next window tells me machine is down. It has been down for 3 years, take it off the menu and let customers know it’s down before taking their money.

For the most part I personally don’t eat at McDonald’s anymore, but as a dasher in 2 different areas both stores need to work on their customer service and order times. I used to run a restaurant and if you have a timed order that takes priority over your walk ins and drive thru orders then hire people to just take care of online orders period!!!

As a pillar of American life, McDonald’s has stood for good food fast. However, my quarter pounder came out later than expected, drive thru service didn’t ask for any additional options and the burger was the worst I’ve ever had. Stale bun, greasy patties and a distinct lack of an acceptable topping ratio was unreal. Clearly by far the worst McD’s experience I can remember. Ray Kroc in all his wisdom must be rolling in his grave. Disgraceful.

This McDonald’s sucks they never pick up their phone for any questions or if they mess up your order so you can tell them about it. They’re never available you guys suck! And their Lancer, cash never works or someone stole the device or doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi. Just not a good experience for me.
