The lack of literacy recently is astonishing. How hard is it to read the ticket and prepare the order for how it reads? Waited nearly half an hour in the curbside spot, just to have to go inside for my meal and for them to STILL get it wrong! Food service is not a difficult job, it’s the lack of effort for me. Don’t waste your time or money here, go to Wendy’s instead where they make it right.

The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life they had plenty of people In back working but nobody to work the cash register or serve the front had to wait 45 min for my food and then get in the car to realize they didn’t put my sauce in the bag so I was so pissed at that point I didn’t even eat my food 12 dollars wasted. I saw someone else wait a hour he said just for 2 apple pies nothing else. I never take time to leave reviews but this place was that bad I had to say something. Slow is an understatement. They take forever to do anything and the orders are still wrong the staff is rude, absolutely zero manners. My order was wrong twice. Manager hung out the window looking around but I was passed the first window by then. She came to the second window and said, “ What is it?!” With a terrible attitude and then grabbed my order and told the other girl, “give this to her!!” They just need to fire everyone and shut it down. These people do not need to be employed working customer service.

Just don’t go here. I made the mistake of going inside to order. I used the kiosk as there were no employees at the counter.
Not a big deal.
It was 9:55 am so the only thing you could order was the breakfast menu. Which is what I wanted. So I put my order in. Then proceed to hear the people in the back making a big deal about me ordering breakfast at 9:55am.
Then proceeded to wait a crazy amount of tike for my simple order. Then finally got my meal from a rude guy behind the counter. I said nothing and grabbed my bag of slop. He then proceeded to try and cuss me out as I was walking out of the building claiming I “snatched” the bag of food.
I didn’t engage with his attempt at rage baiting me and simply walked out. The food was inedible.
Avoid this place like the plague.

I’m local and I am very saddened to see our one and only McDonalds here. It has reach to the point we’re not coming here any more. Something definitely needs to be done! The service is slow even on a good day. The food is not up to McDonald’s standards. You never receive the order as you requested. (Fries, sandwiches, etc. missing) My husband had to get hand soap from me in the bathroom because the men’s bathroom didn’t have any. How are the male employees washing their hands before returning to the kitchen? This was reported but wasn’t addressed while we were there. (We dined in for about 45 minutes before leaving.) This problem starts at the tip top of this business. Hire quality managers, then in turn they hire quality employees. Train them accordingly! Mr. Taylor, Mr. Taylor. Do you not know what’s going on here? And please don’t respond to this post with a link.I’d rather talk with you personally, Mr. Taylor. There is so much we would love to share with you.

This place absolutely sucks. The bathroom smelled of ammonia, plus not toilet paper in either stalls. I was in drive thru and they were advertising something they didn’t even have in stores and acted like I was crazy. Then ordered a large mccrispy meal and didn’t get my mccrispy. Burgers was pink fries sat in the basket for three minutes before dumping in the tray. Went to the drive through and because I chose carry in app he acted like I was speaking French when I said my order number just for me to get in the place and him to be preparing my order smh the lady on burgers had on one glove with the hand that she wasn’t even using and I watched this man wait to actually pay for his order ticket for five mins before some one actually came to take payment. I also ordered double fries for a kids meal and as I watched him put the apples in the box I had to remind him and after I got the food he looked at me like I was crazy because I asked for my drinks… don’t stop here now I see why Wendy’s down the street was full of people

Went through the drive through not only were they rude and were out of the one meal we went there for but they handed us a drinks that was only half full we ordered a large and if we are going to pay for a large the drink should be filled all the way but instead the woman was super rude about it told us she couldn’t do it and that’s just how the machine fills it up. And she freaked out said she would have to reset the machine which would throw the whole drive through off would not suggest this McDonald’s
