11/17/25 Excellent experience today with the curbside ordering and everything was fresh. Im happy everyone is always so nice here. Its my favorite McDonald’s.
The hash brown fits perfectly! This is the best way to eat breakfast. The tea was excellent today!

I received an incorrect sandwich. It was supposed to have no pickle but had no onion. I included my order picture to prove i ordered no pickle correctly.

I returned my burgers because they were cold and hard. Instead of receiving professional customer service, I was mocked and treated disrespectfully by staff in front of my face. No customer should ever be made to feel embarrassed or ridiculed for requesting fresh food.
What concerned me even more were serious hygiene issues I witnessed. An employee assisted with handling a mop for cleaning, then gave another employee a handshake (“dap”), returned to the kitchen without changing gloves, and proceeded to prepare a McChicken. This is a major food safety violation and extremely alarming.
Between the disrespectful treatment and the lack of proper sanitation practices, this experience was unacceptable. I am requesting that upper management or corporate leadership review this incident and contact me directly to address these concerns.

Made a quick stop on our 1000 mile journey to Florida for breakfast. The man who brought our food out was by far the best and most friendly service I have had from a McDonald’s.

Okay guys. If you’re going to do the monopoly game, I want my monopoly pieces. I ordered a 10pc large combo. Food wasn’t all that bad. Plus received No gaming stickers! Guy just put the bag on the counter and called my name, didnt even stay long enough to ask. Sigh… Okayyy McDonalds… 0 for 2! One more chance and I’m done, frfr.

McDonald’s seriously needs to replace the managers in this location. Poorly ran. Always slow. Tonight I went to pick up a doordash at 8:50 pm. Doors are locked even though the sign and Google says the dining room doesn’t close until 11 pm. Drive thru was at a stand still. I sat at the speaker for 7 minutes and no one said anything. No “I’ll be right with you” or nothing. Hands Down the worst location I’ve ever been to. I will never accept an order from here again after this has happened multiple times. Learned my lesson.

On 12/19/2025 around 8:30pm I stopped to get a meal for my family. While waiting on my meal I used the bathroom at the same time as a McDonald’s employee. The employee used the bathroom and did not wash his hands going directly back into the kitchen. A couple of minutes later another employee was walking from the kitchen towards the front counter and put his finger in his mouth trying to remove something. After witnessing these unsanitary conditions, I left without getting my food or a refund. Not sure where management needs to start to fix these sanitary problems, but the health standards were alarming bad at this location. I am posting this as a warning to other potential customers.

One lane was closed. There wasn’t a sign or cone indicating that one drive thru wasn’t working. So, we had to repeatedly call thru speaker and no reply. We had to go around, park to go inside to order. Once confronted, Manager says, no one using that one…REALLY!!

Long wait for food, 28 minutes! Drive through was backed up a mile at -6PM so I placed a mobile order for counter pickup. Lots of angry customers complaining about the long wait and lots of rude, unhappy employees dishing it back. At one point the shift manager got in a shouting match with a Door Dash driver. Crazy! They got my order wrong to boot. Once I got to my car I noticed they didn’t put the extra patty on either of my McDoubles, so I got robbed $2 to boot! With the Mayhem inside I just cut my losses. I wish the app had a way to get a refund when they mess up your order.

Just awesome! The team were dressed professionally. Extremely polite and friendly, greeting guests immediately. I was given a number, and almost immediately after sitting, my order was delivered to my table. Everything was prepared as requested. This is how a restaurant should operate. My favorite McDonald’s! Obviously great leadership and training. If the employees didn’t park in mobile order parking spaces , and double parked at that , I’d give 5 stars all around . Anytime I’m here at least 2 employees park in the mobile spaces and 1 employee parks at the front door every day .
