The drive through wrapped around the building and blocked the handicap parking which I did not like at all.. but the line was steady and moving so not to much of a long wait. Greeted and ask what I would like promptly as I pulled to the menu. Paying and getting food took no time at all…I did a quick quality check and tried to do a quantity check as well.. but they put all the food in one bag so I thought I had everything… but I noticed when i got home they missed 1 burger. I truly think it was a honest mistake but nonetheless I wanted my food. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. I waited and tried to call back, still no answer.. they are busy for lunch, like extremely. But someone should answer the phone. I might try them again in a few months.

Waited 20 minutes for sweet tea and still didn’t get any had to get unsweetened tea cause I wasn’t waiting any longer. My food was cold now. How do you not have a back up of sweet tea ready knowing its a popular drink. To me the employee’s at this McDonald’s don’t care.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this location has been consistently disappointing. Almost every time I come here, the wait is extremely long, usually around 20 minutes, even when it doesn’t seem particularly busy.
On top of that, the food quality is hit or miss. Items are often overcooked or dry, and they almost always forget sauces that were ordered. It’s also very common for items to be missing from the bag or for the order to be incorrect altogether.
Everyone makes mistakes occasionally, but when it happens nearly every visit, it becomes frustrating. Hopefully management takes a closer look at the service and quality control because this location really needs improvement.

Every time I have ordered food at this location there’s something wrong. Order a large fry get the amount of a small. Sometimes I don’t even get a fry. Multiple times I’ve gone through drive thru I’ve gotten nothing but rudeness. One of these drive thru visits the 2nd window cashier handed me a drink with a hole in the bottom and got drink all over me and my car but didn’t notice it on the counter? I would recommend going to the temple ave or willis rd locations.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been there several times had the same horrible experience each time. Nobody has ever behind the counter to take your order. You have to order on the screens, but that doesn’t completely work, it tells you you have to go to the counter order, but nobody is there. Even after you order, you have to wait a very long time and they likely will get it wrong. Avoid this place.

The staff is usually very kind, but the food is always cold. I somehow got a flat Dr. Pepper today? And it was like the ice was melted? I don’t know how they managed that. They’re also often out of stock/the grill is down/they close early for unforeseen reasons. I think I’m going to stop going to this location altogether.

Staff was all very unorganized. I didn’t receive my order timely as I could see they were busy however there was not even a person at the counter to help. Everyone was multitasking with no apparent designated job assignment. Waiting long for food then the order was incorrect so I had to come back in to get it corrected and that took even longer. Alot of people were asking for orders to be corrected.

They pick and choose when they open and close, inside will be closed when it’s supposed to be open with no sign indicating any reason why. Practically experts at forgetting items or getting them wrong. Have a few standout employees that are amazing, but most seem like they don’t want to be there and do the bare minimum. And don’t even bother trying to get rung up at the front register they ignore it like the plague. Would rather drive further to the McDonald’s by southpark mall, they at least seem to have it together

This location has gone downhill quickly. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru line this morning about 11:10. I understand being busy, so I waited patiently for about 20 minutes. I pulled up to the speaker and was rudely told they were not currently taking any orders. I advised her I paid through the app, she said well, it will be a while. I quickly cancelled my order and left. There were about 7 cars behind me waiting. If you cannot open due to staff or any other issue, it would be helpful to have a sign so patrons aren’t waiting 20+ minutes to be turned away.

THE WORST McDONALD EVER!!! Almost no customers and waiting for so long to get my order and when it was ready they didn’t even let me know!! If I could give this no stars!! While waiting I realized why it’s almost empty!! BECAUSE IT IS FELTY SOOOO DIRTY PLACE, NO ONLY THE BATHROOMS BUT, THE ENTIRE PLACE!! Eww!!
We can see the poor management but, replacing the whole ownership would be better for the whole community!!!
