If I could of not put any stars I would of. It seems that people do not know how to read anymore. I ordered a Big mac without a bun. Because I am allergic to wheat/gluten. The box as you see in the pictures says what I ordered, but the other picture shows what I got, which I totally can’t have because the bun has wheat/gulten in it, and same with the fried chicken. Someone was not paying attention to what they were doing. I tried calling the store but the number was disconnected.

Sat the drive through for 20 minutes. Cheeseburger kids meal. Did not get apple slices after asking for them specifically. The Cheeseburger was slightly warm the fries were cold. Will not be going back

I ordered a Big Mac meal which I havent had in years! It was obvious the Big Mac had been sitting forever, the lettuce was yellow and wilted, the bun a soggy mess! I arrived at 1130 before tge lunch crowd thinking I may get a fresh burger, but absolutely not! For $10 I should have gone to Applebee’s and got a fresh burger, and good service! The fries were good!

Went here back on 8/8/24 while in the area to photograph bald eagles. Went through the drive-thru and ordered the two cheeseburger meal without pickle, no salt on fries, and a Dr Pepper for a drink. I had to pull forward to wait on my fries. I didn’t have to wait long. The pic of the fries was after I initially tasted them. I think the cheeseburgers could have been made a little bit better. Maybe I’m overly critical, as I worked at McDonald’s in high school, and we took pride in making sure every burger looked very presentable. I would recommend this location.

I have multiple issues with this location. All the tables were dirty. We ordered through the kiosk for sit down at a table and took a table number. We waited at our table for over 10 minutes for a staff to bring it by saying We have been calling your name but didnt know where you were at. Whats the point of grabbing the table number then. Then they proceeded to forget our straws, forget our sauce, and gave my wife the wrong burger.

Very friendly at the drive thru during lunch. My quarterpounder was hot and not overcooked. This is now my favorite McDonald’s. It was Hopewell. Employees bounding in positivity. It was a feel good experience.

Food is usually cold, wait time is horrendous, and it feels like we’re being ignored at the front most of the time. I used to go religiously after church on the weekends but after an incident when I was waiting up front for 30 minutes for my drinks I haven’t gone since. Was probably the only memorable experience.

The food quality sucks. Prices are ridiculous for the crappy service and food. I could go on forever about how much McDonald’s sucks these days. If it wasn’t for my kids I wouldn’t eat there at all. When at work I drive out of my way to eat anywhere but McDonald’s.

Dirty, trash was filled all the way up to the lid and table top was not wiped down. One kiosk was out of order and the one we used had a sticky stuff on the screen.
