The only good thing that came out of this place last night was the ladies running the drive-thru windows. Now why did a simple 3 piece item become so difficult? Why are the employees who are making the orders not reading their screens? Disappointed is an understatement. Two burgers were both incorrect & the 10-piece nugget was old & hard. Fast food has become so terrible no matter which facility you go to.

I usually dont do reviews for fast food places, but I feel like I have to this time. Our fries were great, hot and fresh! Service was good, got everything we ordered. I didnt know the mcrib was back, so I was kind of excited about that! Dont eat much from McDonald’s anymore, just stopped to get my son and his girlfriend lunch for school. Ordered the Rib, cause Its a fan favorite for me! Soooooooo disappointed the sauce, what happened to the sauce?? Thin and a light brown color!! Its usually thick and a dark color! It made all the difference for me, it was horrible tasting! Its ruined now for me. Maybe a good thing cause I know dang well, its so unhealthy, lol just wanted to let everyone know, its lost the iconic taste for me.

The slowest McDonald’s in the entire United States I mean, literally was sitting in that line for just 15 minutes trying to order and then another 15 minutes trying to get to the window to pay for the order that should be free at this point I don’t know how fast food is so slow all of a sudden

I’ve never had to wait 45 minutes at a fast food location to receive all of my order, but I did here. Clearly very unorganized. Initially we received the wrong order and it took almost 30 min to correct the issue (we were short 3 cheeseburgers). The food was greasy and cold. It ruined our road trip experience.

We stopped here and ordered inside at the kiosk. We had three different orders in our group. We all use different kiosks and none of us got it printed receipt with an order number.
They would yell out numbers and look at us expectantly like we would know what our number was instead of letting us know what was in the order.
The screen that would also normally have the order number and what was in it was turned off.
Two of our orders had shakes in them and they let us know after the order had been placed that their ice cream machine was down, and offered to replace The milkshakes with large drinks instead. When we asked them if we could be refunded on the price difference they gave attitude and made It seem like they did not want to refund us and ended up giving us something else ‘ make up for it’.
We watied about 30 min while watching other orders that were placed after ours come and no communication from anyone about what was going on with our order.

One of the nicer Mickey D’s in this area, both in cleanliness and service. I’ve never had an encounter with any employee that wasn’t courteous or given the wrong order.
I prefer ordering on the kiosks inside but have also used their double-lane drive-thru and have never had to wait too long either way.

Ordered 2 McChickens (no mayo) and a medium Dr.Pepper. The McChickens were perfect. However how do you mess up a Dr.Pepper? No ice and not even filled all the way. On top of that they closed the dining room early so we were unable to use the bathroom which was 1/2 the reason we stopped here.

Ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins. Was told to pull up and wait and they would bring to me. It took 20 minutes to get.

Be wary when ordering from the ordering kiosks inside. For some reason the employees never replace the receipt paper So you have .2 seconds to remember your order number when it flashes on the screen! Also, you have to remember what everyone ordered when they hand you the food and you have to check! Also, check the order when they give it to you! All in all inside is quicker than the drive through at times, but still a hassle.

Took 30 minutes to get our food. Their ticketing system assigned the wrong order number that didn’t match our receipt, the food just sat there.
Horrible experience. There were so many upset customers over that 30 minute nightmare. Thank God my local McDonald’s aren’t this awful.
