For those who do not like to use the kios they force you to use the kios. Customer service is not friendly. I do not recommend this restaurant. You should always have the choice to use the cashier or the kios especially when there is a number of employees in the store. And I pay with cash. What happened to good customer service?

Decided to pick up DoorDash order. This was the sign that was posted on the speaker when I got there. I waited for them to respond only for them to say they would open back up in “a few minutes.” A few minutes changed to after 4 AM.this was all before 3:30.

Forced to utilize the kiosk to order food. At 11 in the morning, full swing lunch time, cleaning the ice cream machine. Worse was, the store said to take number and sit down. Still had to go to the counter to get food. Positive thing, food was at least made correctly.

They force you to place your order and pay at the kiosk unless you’re using cash. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. I will say the workers are nice and the location was clean.

I ordered a large fries and the pics explain what i got! It was not for free. I paid for it and i want what i paid for. Two days in a row that u guys did the same. Yesterday, i ordered a milkshake and i never got it, i called them and they said the machine was off. So? You still gonna keep the money that i paid for that?

Went through the drive-thru at 1 in the morning. There were several cars in front of me so I expected a wait. But to my amazement from the time I put my order in and drove off was under 5 minutes. The food was hot and fresh the only problem I had was that I paid for 6 chicken nuggets and only received four. The staff were friendly as well.

Used drive thru. Ordered a sundae, which was melted when I arrived a pick-up window. It ran out of the cup all over my car. Then they wanted me to park for the rest of my order. I had the sundae remade. When I received my other food, it wasn’t even hot. Now I understand why I stopped going to McDonald’s but I had free rewards I wanted to use.

This has to be the most frustrating McDonald’s I’ve been to or dealt with. Can’t order delivery. Uber eats only picks up from a store in Chesapeake when I live exactly 1.4 miles from this location. At least the people o deal with in the drive thru were decent.
