This is the second time I’ve come to this McDonald’s (had to go out of location convenience + time of night with my kids). Both times they didn’t give me a full order. On kids meals, they seem to routinely forget the apples. They also didn’t give me straws for the drinks or ketchup either (there was extra ketchup on my order). They also didn’t seem very busy (there were no cars behind me in line, and I didn’t see anyone ordering inside when I passed the front window), but for some reason it took them about a minute to say anything to me on the intercom. Food quality was normal McDonald’s, so nothing wrong there. But the service is incredibly inattentive from the two times I’ve been here.

$26 for 3 meals. 2 meals were fine. this meal was not. the crispy biscuit is burnt. i went back to the restaurant & got to the speaker no response. i called the store no response, i called multiple times. i just wanted it remade so it looked like it usually does. but once i realized that nobody answered the phone the 6 times i called thats all i needed to know. gm or district manager or manager in general doesn’t care about customers just the money. the lady who took the order had in airpods & said we could get our receipt at the second window. the second window didn’t hand out the receipt. my mother stayed without eating & unsatisfied. which is why we stopped buying food at this location in the first place. but we gave it another shot which turned out poorly. i’ll never come to this location again. it shouldn’t be this much of a hassle to get in touch with someone about a food that doesn’t look right & that we also paid for. wish i could rate this 0. i hope higher ups sees this because this is ridiculous. she lost her appetite trying to get a remake. i don’t ever make reviews so take this as a sign. don’t waste ur money or time. this ppl don’t give a damn .

The short, curly-haired employee was extremely disrespectful and rude. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable for someone of his age and position. It is disappointing that he has not learned basic customer service skills by now. Please make sure he receives proper training

There were a bunch of young boys in the restaurant using profanity. I tried to use the ordering machine. I couldn’t complete the order because the machine wouldn’t except the cash even I was told to go to that machine but one of the workers. When I went to the cashier to place the order because the machine wasn’t excepting cash the same worker that told me to use the machine that didn’t work told me the next time to just send the order to the register , that way they won’t have to reorder, just pay. They expect customers to make their job easier yet the prices continue to go up and the quality is awful. I ordered 2 of the six dollar meals with the double cheese burger. The burgers tasted like cardboard. We weren’t able to eat them.

Literally every time I go to this McDonald’s they act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. Half the time they’re out of things that they don’t tell you on the app, then when you ask it’s just “not their problem.” Every employee has the WORST attitude, they close randomly and just won’t fulfill your order. Honestly if I could give them a 0 star I would. Might as well not be a McDonald’s there.

I visited this McDonald’s to grab some breakfast, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The employee taking my order was not friendly at all. After I gave my order, she immediately went to take the order from the car in the other lane without saying anything to me, no “please pull forward” or any kind of acknowledgment. I was confused for a moment and eventually just drove up, since I could hear her talking to another customer through the other intercom.

When I got to the payment window, she told me the total , which she hadn’t done earlier and took my card without a greeting or a smile. She looked irritated and had a noticeable attitude.

At the next window, I stayed polite and friendly, but when I asked a simple question about my Frappés, she seemed immediately annoyed and couldn’t give me the correct price. I politely suggested she ask someone if she wasn’t sure, and that’s when it seemed like chaos broke out. People were yelling, and another employee (with dreads) even came to the window and stared me down.

After she finally confirmed the correct answer, I told her that’s all I was asking but she continued to act rude. When I pointed out that she had an attitude, she turned to the window and said, “No I didn’t,” in a rude tone. The person in my car even called out, “Yes, you did!” because it was so obvious. The older woman (with a short fro) just glared at me, and continued to go back and forth with me regarding her attitude which was honestly ridiculous and I just drove off.

If you have a bad attitude, you shouldn’t be working the drive-thru window. Customers have every right to ask questions about their orders without being treated poorly. The customer service at this McDonald’s is extremely lacking, and management definitely needs to address it.

I waited for minutes in the drive-through before being told hold on a minute. I waited a little bit Longer, gave my order and was told that they don’t have any soft drinks only sweet tea or lemonade. I said lemonade and then nothing. I waited for another minute before finally just driving away. Frustrated because the customer service was so horrible.

For those who do not like to use the kios they force you to use the kios. Customer service is not friendly. I do not recommend this restaurant. You should always have the choice to use the cashier or the kios especially when there is a number of employees in the store. And I pay with cash. What happened to good customer service?

Fiance and i got lunch, i used my app so it had my name on the order. We sat at a table directly infront of the counter as we waited.
My fiance went up to pick up the food and the employee gave him a hard time cuz of the name. Then i went up there to pick up the drinks and she barked in my face my name and with a raised voice demanded why i was sitting
Im disabled, have fatigue and back issues, its the reason why my fiance drove us today, i didnt have energy to cook
Completely rude, unproffessional
Will not be coming back

We have our orders wrong nearly every time , which included this time. He had tl go back to get an item we didnt recieve and same employee made him repeat himself 4-5 times. but this behaviour was the last straw
