Ordered a kids meal with a diet coke . I was up charged for a small drink WITHOUT my permission, when I asked for a refund while in DRIVE THRU, I was told they were busy and I had to come in for a mistake they made. So I go in, I was very polite & even said thank you to the manager (did not get her name but she was white) and she did not greet or say one word to me. I paid with a card but I was refunded coins…. Also, she did not hand back my receipt, I had to pick it up from the other side of the register when i clearly placed it in here hands. In addition, none of the sauces for my nuggets were in the bag. Despite up charging me for a diet coke, I was given a regular coke. I just don’t understand why people make a career in customer service and lack customer service skills. All of this occurred 11/14/25 between 5:30-6. I will be calling corporate or who ever owns this McDonald’s with my formal

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever seen. I waited at the window for 15 minutes after being told to “hold on a minute”. This was to pick up an order I’d already placed in the app. Then it took them another 15 minutes to get the food handed to me despite now having nobody else in the drive thru but me and the food being ordered ahead of time. Like if I hadn’t already paid, I’d have left! The food was cold and the whole time they were helping people inside that came in after me. Never again with this location. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru with nobody else in front of me. How is this acceptable?

I stopped by this McDonald’s last night. The worst experience ever at a McDonald’s. The evening manager is not doing a good job. He wouldnt give me a receipt so that I could complete the survey. Saying they were out of register paper. I asked for a Big Mac without Mac sauce. The sandwich looked liked they purposely put extra Mac sauce.
He said I couldn’t get points for the purchase due I was using a coupon. Other McDonald’s allow you to aquire points with any purchase. I went to the bathroom and they didn’t have any toilet tissue.. just McDonald’s brown paper napkins stacked on the tissue dispenser. The floor in the lobby was sticky and stained. Please hire better management or retrain this person.I will not be returning to this location.

Drive thru person was good. Service was fast but forgot our drinks completely. Fries were salted good. Main issue is that I was enjoying my deluxe crispy chicken but I spotted a Medium black long hair with brown roots. It was wrapped around it from the bottom bun to the inside of the chicken patty

Food sat in “now serving” for nearly 30 minutes, another 20 before it was done while hot food sat at counter. The workers did not move with efficiency. They moved like sloths who was learning as they went…especially the front and window workers. 2 people from drive through came in with either messed up orders or no food given at all! Again, they moved slowly….maybe drug test your workers!

Terrible customer service. Everyone including the manager will stare at you at the counter for 15 mins, walk past you, have conversations and laugh with other employees and not even acknowledge you are there. Place is filthy everytime I pick up a DoorDash order and I always have to wait because none of the employees are working.

8/21/25 9 a.m. Ordered a big breakfast w/hotcakes & OJ. The worst breakfast I’ve gotten from any McDonald’s. The “scrambled” egg was a dry, crumbling, yolk they tried to poach in one of those rings. I’ve seen drywall with more moisture. I bent the knife trying to cut the tire-like, rubbery hotcakes with the bits of what seemed like fresh out the freezer butter that had no chance of melting on top. I was actually surprised the sausage was a normal sausage patty, but that surprise was washed away by the orange colored water pretending to be juice. Indeed, truly awful. Do better. Have some pride. Might I ask…do extra!

This place is going down hill and FAST! Morning manager keeps the crew on task for the most part… it’s fast and good food. But today was appalling! Had to get a McDouble replaced because they gave a hard bun, and because they were mad the covered it in mustard. The dining room was a pig pen, over heard the men’s bathroom toilet was clogged. All over was horrible, not a clean spot to sit, drinks spilled all over the counter, and the drink machine was pouring out everywhere but the cup, employees have attitudes and you spend 20 minutes to get food that you need to send back.
