This is about the 3rd time I’ve ordered a large iced caramel latte and received a medium, and not only did they not give me a large but they didn’t even fill the medium up all the way. This has happened multiple times now.

First Lady refused to filled my order and then 3 other employees came to the drive thru window and they said that someone else would have to wait on me because they were scared of my long fingernails. So I was in line for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring me my order and I think they were very unprofessional and my foods were cold by the time they passed it out the window to me.

25 minutes in drive thu and then they ask me to pull into a spot and wait for another 10 minutes. They weren’t overly busy. I’ve worked fast food, it doesnt take 5 minutes to make anything. There is no reason it should take this long without explanation. My order still wasn’t done right.

They got slammed by customers white understaffed and the manager compensated well and even took money out of his own wallet to make it right with a customer. People under appreciate the staff here that actually try and it shows in the reviews and customer demeanors ,respect!

I got to the pickup window and ordered my food along with a pup cup. This has been somewhat of a routine before fall (and spring) little league morning games for a bit.
“Our manager said we don’t do those here…”. This is obviously one of the most difficult things in the world: get a small cup, put whipped cream in it, charge them a buck (or like some competitors, give out for free) and give it to the customer.
I worked at McDonald’s many years ago. I’m not sure this is the same company any more.
Time to switch to another McDonald’s and if that doesn’t fix it, go to Chic Fil A as I know they will.

I did mobile orders at this location the other day, got there and the restaurant was closed. This in not the first time this happened. Can’t even get a frappe be the machine always down.
