I mean…it’s Mcdonalds…you know what to expect. Food was as expected…luke-warm but tasted normal. Ample seating in the dining area. This location is open all night and has been re-modeled within the last few years it appears. About half of the interior area is closed for normal business and looks to be a meeting and/or employee training area. The toy was forgotten in a happy meal we ordered but employee remedied it and was kind.

Came here for breakfast. Only one of the touchscreen kiosks was working when we got there. The rest were broken/down. The bathroom was decent. We got our food pretty quickly. Some lady was watching Tiktok with no headphones. There used to be a playplace here that has been converted into some type of carpeted office/dining area, but it was blocked off. Overall a pretty typical McDonald’s dine-in experience.

First walked in and everyone greeted us right away. One worker even went out of their way to help an older gentleman download and create a McDonald’s account, which was really nice to see. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff checked on us about five times to make sure everything was good. Great experience overall.

This is a 24 hour store that was open during a winter storm. The staff is friendly and efficient. I don’t know how much fast food workers make, but the staff at this store deserves a raise or at the very least extra monetary compensation for making it to work.

Went through the 24hr drive through. I sat for about 5 minutes before I was told they are only doing DoorDash or Mobile orders because there was only 1 person working. That was it then they were gone. I get it I do but put up a sign don’t have people wait just to then tell them no. I’ve never done mobile order shouldn’t have to and DoorDash overcharges so frustrating.

I asked for the Quarter Hamburger “Meal”…they asked what I wanted to drink? I asked for Unsweetened Tea. No receipt provided…and all I got was a burger and the tea. When I asked what happened to the fries? The reply was “all you ordered was the burger” and how come you didn’t get a receipt?

I visit the McDonald’s on oyster point road and Jefferson Avenue and Miss Penny at the drive-through was very disrespectful. I explained to her that I didn’t receive my hashbrowns the day before and explain to her that I left my name and her response was I’m not giving no food away. After walking away she returned with just one hash brown and shoved it through the window to me very disrespectful. If that’s the type of customer services that you train your employees to perform, I suggest you Reconstruct your customer service policies because that individual was very disrespectful and rude. she deserves no stars for her professionalism and customer service. I will take my business to Chick-fil-A across the street

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a McDonald’s and probably will be again. We stopped by to get their highly advertised Grinch meal during dinner hours–not available till later. Not sure when. It was slow, our order wasn’t complete. I went back up to get some sauce and the employees just walked away. The food was barely Luke warm
