raised prices, lowered standards. i came here once and the employees were so kind and my food was hot. guess i messed up, expecting that to be the standard. the past 3 times i went, nothing but negative experiences. they can’t get anything right. the woman taking orders can’t hear you and asks you to repeat yourself on items over and over. then i go to the window and get the most sloppy, cold, thrown together order i’ve ever seen. it’s hardly even wrapped, meat cheese and egg hanging off the muffin. i show the woman at the window and she ignores me and shuts the window in my face. i go inside to get a new sandwich, and when i pulled mine apart there was an egg shell in it. she did bring me a sandwich, but i could tell that it was the exact same sandwich just wrapped up again, still cold. and there were more eggshells as well. i’m tired of customers having to just suck it up everytime when we are paying for food an decent service. that’s literally what mcdonald’s is. for the customers. yet we just have to deal with nasty food? do not come to this location until they get their kinder staff back. & they’re gonna respond to me to “do their survey” but what’s even the point? employees get to be lazy and bad and push out bad food and bad service over and over, and nothing will ever happen to them because mcdonald’s doesn’t care about their customers. and the customers just have to learn to suck it up, and what’s the point of complaining or writing a survey if it DOESNT MATTER TO MCDONALDS. it’s ridiculous they’d rather hand out cold food over and over and drive away all their customers rather than laying down fresh meat. and i’ve worked at mcdonald’s for a long enough time to know that running the store properly and giving half a thought to your customers, is not that hard of a task.

Would leave no stars if I could. I filled out the order on my phone. Never called my number after 10 mins waiting. Asked and they said in a minute. After 45 minutes I wanted a refund! My kid is hungry. Then they said they never even saw my order! I showed them on my phone and even checked the address. My phone was right. And they didn’t give a refund

Tell me why I got a “WHAT” with attitude when I was still sitting at the sign to make sure the order was right.
Tell me why there was an upchanged after I leave the window by $3.
Tell me why I had 4 people, including some random dude (TRYING TO ACT TUFF) that had no business being there, shooting me attitude when your people are the ones that screwed up.
Tell me why my order was refused because of YOUR error…..

They put a hot sauce on my sandwich and lied saying it’s normal ketchup and I must be tasting the salt and pepper. Salt and pepper don’t make my mouth burn, plus it smelled like a chili sauce, not like a normal hamburger. Manager was rude before I ever opened my mouth. Avoid this McDonalds

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. To say that I was humiliated, disrespected and mortified at my treatment would still be downplaying how I felt. I left there in tears. Due to the way I was treated by Will who said he was the top man and his staff. How he treated me was beyond unprofessional and actually was very inhumane. And the showed his staff how to treat me as well. I didn’t spend a lot of money in there and I should have taken the $3.24 that I did spend in there and used it to go to Starbucks. I immediately filled a corporate complaint to which I still have not received a response. I have been a loyal customer of mcdonalds for easily 40 years and this experience has really soured me on the company as a whole.

Worst McDonald’s in VA beach. Food always comes out cold, order is usually wrong/they forget to add something or take something off. Workers always seem to have an attitude when you get to the window or ask for extra sauce. It may not be the best job in the world, but its not right to try to ruin someone’s experience because someone doesnt like their job.

This is the worst McDonald’s in VB by far. Nobody here cares about anything. No matter what time of day it is or what you order, the food is cold, dry, and terrible. There isn’t a single redeeming quality about this location, because nobody from the part time employees up to management cares about cleanliness, good customer service, hot food, quality, nothing. Everyone here should be embarrassed and ashamed of the product they put out. They need to shut down. Limp, cold scraps for fries, dry, cold burgers. Straight garbage.
