I ordered a double quarter pounder and the patties were totally raw absolutely disgusting and it took half an hour to get the food. They also did not include the ranch or ketchup. I asked for which is a small in discretion compared to the raw meat.

Food left alot to be desired. The fries where not crispy, they were warm and limp. I ordered extra tarter sauce on my double filetofish sandwichs and there was barely any tarter on either, literally the opposite of what I ordered. I double checked my receipt and it was on the receipt. Service was slow inside, there was a large shelf filled with delivery orders just sitting from the time I walked in until I left and only 1 picked up while I was there. But they kept stacking them up ahead of the people in the lobby so I was there for at least 10 to 15 minutes waiting for 2 double filetofish and a large fry with only 1 person ahead of me inside.

So first I noticed they gave the car in front of my my son’s meal and then they asked for it back through the window. WHICH FAST FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT TAKING BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW!!!!! Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. We used the mobile order (which is supposed to be faster) and were told to park and wait… for over 20 minutes. Totally ridiculous.
They were clearly pulling everyone forward just to avoid high drive-thru times, but no one was actually getting their food. Cars everywhere, people waiting, no communication, no urgency, no accountability.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly made, which just added insult to injury. This location is disorganized, inefficient, and clearly more concerned with metrics than customer service.
We will never return. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here—this place is an absolute mess.

Came through the drive thru Saturday January 17th around 8:40. The food is made just like the service trash! Girl with colored hair just sticks her arm out the window no smile no thank you no have a nice day, just an arm! No napkins, horrible, kinda shocked yall are still open!

Ordered on a drive through 2 Mcchicken with small fries and small fanta oranges past 6pm(probably 5:58pm). After payment they told me to go on mobile order pick number 6 for waiting for my food and i have waited there for like 35 minutes. No receipt was given and total was 8.54$.Then i headed to driver through window again but they told me to pull up again and wait by the door for waiting for fries. Then i waited another 20mins and by 6.55pm finally got my food. This is a usual thing in this location. Bunch of lazy people working here and always longer time in drive through.

We went for lunch on a Saturday and it was incredibly busy, line of cars for the drive through blocked the parking lot, which was entirely full.

The cashier at the drive thru today was great she was kind, friendly, and polite. The food today was good but lunch time my food is always horrible my chicken nuggets always cold I never get fresh nuggets even when I ask for them to be fresh but the sausage mc griddles was good to my children the steak and cheese mc muffin was good and everything was hot they just need to work on their lunch products the fries be good but the chicken nuggets and burgers be cold and horrible.
