They had me waiting over 30 mins for a fresh baked THREE PACK of cookies. They didn’t even tell me what the hold up was. I had a sleeping baby in the car and had to wake him up to go inside where the employee still didn’t give me an update and I had to prompt them AGAIN asking what was going on. Will never return here again.

Literally THEE worst McDonald’s!! I will gladly make the drive to Holland Rd just to have quality food. They take forever to bring curbside deliveries and I was even told to come inside to get the order when I waited 30 mins for order and called to check on it. They didn’t have orange hi-c so they brought orange soda without even asking what I would like . I have had problems at every time of the day…Breakfast sandwich was ice cold during morning rush hour. Door dash orders are always wrong. Seriously needs new management!!!!

Ordered curbside and then waited 20 minutes with no food, went through the drive thru to see if we could grab it and was told we had to come inside. We then waited inside for 30 minutes just to get two meals while we watched others get their food without issue. I’ve never seen so much confusion in a McDonald’s and wish we would’ve just went to a sit down restaurant instead since it probably would’ve been faster.

I don’t blame the folks working here. This score is not a reflection of their work. It is, however, a reflection of this store’s management. This store seems to be regularly understaffed. The folks that work here seem to always struggle to just keep up with orders. This coupled with sometimes failing systems makes it seem like rough working conditions and that will typically be reflected in the customer experience. It is here…I hope management does better.

On 3/25/23, we entered the store and placed our order at the kiosk at 06:53 PM. We proceeded to stand near the counter to await our order. The business was hustling. They were at peak business with Door Dash orders, counter orders, and a full drive through, so we expected some wait. However, after 10-15 minutes waiting, and seeing other customers who ordered after us receive their food and walk out, we became concerned. More than once we made eye contact with counter employees and eventually attracted attention to ask about our order. “It’s coming up” or “It’s not ready yet” were the replies and we were finally given our drink cups to fill on our own. Customers continued to come and go for another 20-25 minutes as we lingered in the line waiting for our food. Dozens were served in the drive through. We still didn’t have our order. We continued to occasionally ask. Eventually after about 40 minutes, and speaking to employees and a shift manager, we were finally handed a hurriedly assembled bag of food which we checked for accuracy. It was missing one of the ordered sandwiches. We had to wait another five minutes while an employee went back to the line to make the sandwich for us. Finally, at 7:43 PM, 50 MINUTES after ordering via kiosk, we finally walked out with our food. Needless to say, we were dissatisfied. When we sat to eat the meal a few minutes later, we were further unhappy to discover that one of the burgers was not fully cooked and the chicken nuggets were nearly completely cold. The only thing I can say good about the experience was that the fries were hot. This is single-handedly the longest I ever remember waiting for a fast-food order and is probably my worst fast-food experience in decades. I definitely won’t return to this store and will be predisposed to avoid McDonald’s in the future.
