Stopped on way home to grab my son a chocolate milk shake. Almost $5 with tax. 1 sip and he spits it out. Chunky strawberry curled milk. I immediately dumped it to inspect. Yup. Cottage cheese consistency. Also we didn’t order strawberry. Do better! You could have used a new clean cup. Now I have a child with a new fear. Appreciate that!

Worst experience. Waited at the speaker for 7 minutes before anyone said anything. Told them I had a pickup order and drove to the next window. The lady rolled her eyes and gave me my receipt and slammed the window. Went to the next window. They were out of Dr Pepper. Ok no problem sweet tea is fine. She rolled her eyes when I told her that. She handed me my food and I was missing a happy meal so I waited because she slammed the window. She opened it and I told her i needed another happy meal and she got an attitude, turned around, shoved the happy meal at me (which was incorrect) and slammed the window. I was given the wrong food, no sauce like I asked, no straws and complete attitude. My visit was Sunday 11/16 at 4:50pm

I haven’t had breakfast at McDonald’s in a long time. I bought a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a hash brown this morning. It was absolutely delicious I am very pleased with my yummy breakfast today from this McDonald’s restaurant. The service at the drive through was phenomenal and made my meal even better! Keep up the great work McDonalds!!

Order triple fish fillets sandwich had to return the fish was dark and over cooked a little attitude from management to remake the yet the results of the replacement tasted old not fresh this McDonald keep coming up tasting bad not fresh if you go through drive thru you. Going get took on the quality not be great the food taste reheated and re dipped in old grease to fool you as if the food is fresh and hot SMDH

Ordered the Grinch meal because it was on their menu and got to the window and I didnt get it. When I asked about it, the girl working kind of laughed and said there wasnt a Grinch meal! I’m like, it’s on your menu! She asked, came back kind of smiling and said they dont have it! Then didnt get the right sauce either. When somebody orders something that’s on the menu and you don’t have it then say so. I don’t eat their and was only there for the Grinch meal! Worst service I’ve had there. 12-2-25

this location USED to be good, now they’re ridiculously slow, and dont call out orders, when you go to the register they ignore you. no one greets you. my mobile order was left sitting for over 40 mins like this. as someone who used to work fast food, the quality of this service is incomprehensible.

To the manager that worked at 6 am this morning (12/20/25) you need to really check your tone and not scream at people in drive thru. You got that job thinking you can talk to anybody how you want but you wasn’t even brave enough to come up to the window you sent someone else with that struggle bun on your head. She screamed so much I had to check to see if she did anything to my food. Treat people how you want to be treated & quit your day job!

This store is a joke. Every time I go, there’s an issue. Whether my burgers are BURNED, or they forgot something I’ve ordered. This time, my husband decided to stop after work to get himself something to eat. He ordered two large fries, neither were full fries. If we wanted medium fries, he would’ve ordered medium fries. Thank you for screwing us over YET AGAIN and taking our money. Not to mention the food was cold when he received it. This store is awful and I will be contacting corporate.

Firstly they closed the dining room at minimum an hour early, so I could not walk in. Since I’m out of town for a few days, my vehicle is a utility bucket truck, which does not fit in the drive through.

I ordered curbside and waited. And waited. And waited even more. Fed up I knocked on the door just to be ignored.

I’m fed up at that point and walk to the drive through window and wait for the current vehicle to leave.

The drive through woman immediately told me that “We don’t do walk ups” multiple times. I’m trying to explain I have a curbside order and have waited enough.

She demands I go through the drive through and doesn’t want to speak to me. I have to talk over her to say “My truck is a bucket truck and won’t fit”

Finally she’s willing to unlock the door for me, and asked me to walk all the way around the building again. I obliged.

When I reached the door, a totally different employee appears from the back, someone I haven’t seen yet through the windows while waiting. He decides to point the direction in the drive through and walk away.

I knocked on the door louder than previously, and pointed to the drive through girl, as it is the only thing I can do since I’m on the opposite side of the drive through window again.

The girl must have told him my issue, and he brings me my order after I’d say an additional 2 minutes. He’s telling me “we are short staffed” all I said is “there are other issues too” and he repeats him self over and over “we’re short staffed”

I walk off telling him that the other order in his hands is “probably for that gentleman” and point at the car that has been waiting since before I arrived and ordered.

I walk back to my bucket truck and have a full blown conversation with the man in question about said complaints, all before his order arrives! The same man who handed me my order finally brings his out, remember he’s been waiting even longer than myself.

It doesn’t need said, but I’ll say it anyway.
YES the food was COLD.

Fire the bad employees, hire decent ones, and pay them what they’re worth! Proper customer service REQUIRES having people at the counter waiting for customers, or you never grow!

And why the hell can’t I be handed my already paid for meal through the window if I walk up?

Is it for theft? No that can’t be, guns are capable of being put in a car too!

What the hell kind of place is this anyway?!

We placed the mobile order and waited in the lobby for it to be placed in the counter pickup. After 20 minutes, I went to get my food, which was all bagged up and nobody put it out for us to pick up so food was cold. She remade the fries and threw the bag on the counter and went back. Never asked if we wanted ketchup. Never handed us our drinks. They were all yelling and laughing and arguing over who was getting their breaks. I flagged down some guy and asked him if he could get my drinks and he told me I was going to have to wait. For drinks?!? Like dude, I’ve already been waiting for over 20 minutes. Then he went out the door to go on break. The guy behind me (who had already picked up his order and they forgot his nuggets) asked the guy before you go on break, can you just grab my nuggets that you all forgot to put in the bag. He said “uh, no.” They were so rude. We opened our Big Macs only to find they barely put any sauce on any of them. So we asked a lady for help in there with fire engine red hair. She was the only one helpful and polite. What an absolute disaster of a restaurant.
