Usually a pretty good place but the past 2 times have been ROUGH to say the least.
Would be 4 stars but this morning was annoying as heck. I spent $35 on the app to place an order for breakfast at 10:13.
I got to the store at 10:24 only to be told my order was cancelled because they stopped serving breakfast.
But they stop serving breakfast at 10:30…..surely somebody can see the problem here. I just wasted my gas coming here BEFORE breakfast ended only to be told they stopped serving breakfast. But their menus were still on breakfast….
You had 17 minutes from when I placed the order to when breakfast was actually scheduled to end to prepare what I paid for. Which I’m not going to say wasn’t a lot. But it wasn’t really that much. 4 sandwiches, some drinks, and hashbrowns. C’mon now.
In the past I’ve had issues with pickles being stacked in one place on burgers, burgers looking like someone stepped on them for fun. Chicken nuggets that were drier than dirt in Arizona, etc.
Seems like the place has been going downhill lately.

Welp, haven’t dined in a McDonald’s in such a very long time so I decided to have lunch which consisted of the fish filet combo and so did my husband which he ordered a double fish large fry combo. The lobby area tables were not cleaned and lots of food underneath were not swept at all. Our fish sandwich bread hard fish was dry and tartar sauce was sliding across the street just messy! sprite drink was carbonated water so I asked for a sweet tea but the cashier was moving slow to retrieve another then another customer had the same problem and the fries … no comment not a good idea to come here and won’t EVER AGAIN and yes I’ll take my complaint to the link you guys need to do better,get new cooks ,or managers PLEASE we work to hard to throw our hard earned money away.

Don’t go here. Drive out of your way to go to a different McDonald’s. Or better yet, just go to a different joint all together. My son loves their fries which is really the only reason I go. I ordered a L Fry and a macchiato. Told to park and wait for my macchiato. Sat for over 30 minutes. Waiting. For a drink that only takes 2 minutes to make. All while watching every other car in line go through and all others waiting get their stuff and move on. I left. Slower than molasses frozen in a blizzard.

I thought the point of mobile ordering was to make things faster and easier. It did none of those things for me. They took the order of the car beside me that pulled up after me before acknowledging my car, then handed me my order with no hashbrowns in it when I ordered 2 meals. I also had no napkins, silverware or syrup for the pancakes. I park and go inside, to then wait until every car in the drive through was serviced before receiving my two hashbrowns, which gave me time to notice there’s no floor mats at the doors and the floor is slick as hell because it was wet outside, and no wet floor signs either. Perhaps try a different location because this one seems too busy, I know I will.

it’s happened twice now, the little brown lady working the counter and drive up orders had attitude both times and poor costumer service, no greetings no words spoken what so ever, she never hands anything off trays you’re expected to reach out and drab it. absolutely needs retrained on costumer service and manners in general!! foods always a little off, forget about paying for extra pickles they never do it!

Did a mobile curbside order for a $6 deal (McCrispy). First off the lady that bought my food out to me was very pleasant, I decided to sit there and eat , I like my fries hot only. Well soon as I looked in bag, there’s no napkins but I did have a straw for my drink at least. The fries looked fresh and hot but not completely sure they may have been redroped back in grease, they didn’t taste good and they definitely had salt on them which I ordered no salt, so didn’t eat them, then my sandwich looked great at first glance when I open box but chicken was cold, over cooked and kinda mushy when I bite it , so didn’t eat it. My drink was sweet tea with one lemon and no ice, I was given unsweetened tea. I did curbside for a reason but anyway, I tried to call inside a few times like it said in the support page in app but kept being busy and then they didn’t answer, I didn’t have the time or even want food made over so I didn’t bother my lunch time was basically over with but I did go inside to get some sweet tea, so I’d at least have something to drink.

This store don’t even deserve 1 star . Dirty and the staff are unprofessional one of them cussing behind the counter when on her cell phone while customers are waiting on food in the lobby . Extremely rude then I’m in
the stall with a child and 2 employees walk in and vape in the bathroom right in front of me . What? Really … okay nope I won’t be back !

Bathroom is filthy, the food was ok, but if the bathroom is that dirty….makes me wonder if the employees wash their hands.
One employee was on the phone in the bathroom and just about jumped out of her skin like she has been caught doing something. There was another that went in and out before the toilet even flushed. I doubt they washed their hands.

Every time I try to give this place another chance, they never fail to disappoint. Not only is the food always either old, wrong, or cold, but most recently I couldn’t even get through ordering in the drive through. The staff is so rude that I ended up taking the family elsewhere for lunch. I guess it’s for the best, the food is always terrible anyway. That’s what I get for trying to give this place another opportunity.
