I had a really great experience at this McDonald’s because of Jennifer in the drive-thru. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole interaction feel easy and pleasant. My order was correct, everything moved quickly, and she still took the time to be kind and welcoming. You can tell she cares about doing her job well. Little moments like that make a big difference, and Jennifer definitely made my day better.

The older manager here is a wonderful lady. She loves her job and it shows in the service she provides. She is always in a good mood. If I see her behind the counter, I know my order will be prepared correctly and made to the McDonald’s quality standard that was instilled by Ray Kroc. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

We ordered 1 combo of 2 Cheeseburgers, Medium fries and a medium coke. The other order was 1 Big Mac with extra sauce and small French fries! The French fries were received as being under the heat lamp. The employee said we can make it fresh. I said thank you but we didn’t have time. I never had time to eat the French fries as they were trashed later on that night! Total order was $18.99 at the Patterson Avenue location.

I was serviced by this wonderful cashier named Jennifer! I let my child place her first order and she went above and beyond to be helpful, very transparent, very patient, very compassionate! It is people like this, that bring they same joy to McDonald’s that I had when I was a child! She’s amazing!

After 10pm 10 cars in the drive thru and they parked all 10. Total of 12 minutes between the time they took our payment and finally brought out our order. Sad. Do better franchisee or give it up!!

Always coming here with kids on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday shift always doing work perfect. Sunday shift always giving problems! Right not a lot of people here. I was waiting for my order for 20 minutes. I always ordering happy meal for kids with nuggets and coffee for myself. They did not bring order to my table. Lady called number of table for me to come and take (it’s ok) she asked do I want iced coffee or hot and 2 times I said hot. And she gave me iced! I said it’s wrong but ok I didn’t want problems. When I came back to the table my daughter was eating burger! I am not allowing my kids eating burgers! I told same lady how many mistakes she made in one order! She came to the table and tried to take burger from my daughter hand which she was eating already! What a nonsense!!!! Also they didn’t put toy for second happy meal!!!! Someone can say chip place with chip food but! One shift nice and professional but another one disrespectful with clients!

I bought 13 cookies for 5.19 and when i went t get my food, they DID NOT give it to me. i waited 30 MINUTES for my food. they in fact did not give me a refund and i am furious, fuming out for agner. the place is so dirty and they receipt didn’t even print out. me and my grandchild will never come back.

It’s McDonald’s people the one and only. The iconic all American fast food joint with a drive through. This location is clean and fresh, the staff are nice and quick. I ordered a burger, fries, nuggz and a sweet tea and all of it was to perfection. The worst thing in the world is a soggy McDonald fry but not today folks! My fries were cooked to perfection. Salty crunchy and fun. Drive through or dine in and enjoy the time.

Look, the food is good, but they pull up every car to keep their drive through times down. Maybe just get a little faster. Currently 6 cars in different spots waiting for someone to walk the food out. And then the food comes out missing an item. That’s why I always get my receipts.

Pay about 7.89 for the crispy buttermilk chicken meal and expect a wilted piece of lettuce the smallest tomatoes I’ve ever seen and a piece of chicken hard as a rock, at least that’s what it’s supposed to be and not edible what so ever, really mcdonalds? They must be focusing to much on remodeling and less on the actual food! And I tryed to call several times and they answered then hung up the line.
