Reading these comments are hilarious. I’ve seen some unruly people but it was cause they were provoked. I never have a problem when I come here. People are always nice and if I ask for my food to be remade they do it with a smile. Maybe if the rest of approach them respectfully you’ll have a good experience as I always do. They are people not your slaves to mistreat.

Bought two burgers from the McDonald’s on Willis rd in north Chesterfield, va and the meat was raw. Brought it to management attention and they were thrown back at us. Was missing other food from my order. Always have issues with staff on their phones and charging for other people’s orders. Management is horrible and don’t care. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Rating 3.5…my large mocha frappe was delicious…I was excited to try the new Arch burger…it was served hot, full of cheese and toppings …the bun looked and smelled fresh (yumm), but my patties were dry. Drive-thru staff was very friendly.

If I could give -10000000 stars I will. I order 2 combo doubles pounder from door dash and they give me 2 crispy deluxe dry between 2 breads and 1 fries on 2 orders after that of course they closed so I couldn’t re order. From my view they just wanted to close quick without making the order right. It’s not the first time I have some wrong in my order+ their restaurant nasty. Last time I order. I don’t recommend places with such low services and hygiene! $30 wasted.

This McDonald’s was pretty good. Its locat d right of the highway. The time I went was good as there was nobody in line, the food was good, hot and came out reasonably fast. All in all a great experience for fast food. I am not sure how service would be on a busy evening.

Food is always as expected. Service is terrible. Workers are always too busy to even acknowledge you are there. Unless you use the drive through expect to wait forever as lobby guests are obviously not the priority. They will straight up ignore you as if they don’t see you standing there. Waited 20 min to pick up a door dash order and could not get anyone to acknowledge me or provide any updates. They will also mark your order ready 10 minutes before it actually is causing issues with door dash and the door dash customer. Whether I’ve visited for myself or to pick up an order, it’s always an issue to get any communication. Not sure if they are truly understaffed, don’t have great processes or the workers simply don’t care – regardless, unless you are using drive through, plan an extra 15-20 min when visiting

This is hands down the worst mcdonald’s. If ur driving on 95 please go down 1 more exit and go to the other mcdonald’s. Between the mangers not holding their workers accountable for making the correct to the ignorance and disrespectful people working behind the counter don’t even waste ur time here. After tonight this will be the last time I ever buy from this mcdonald’s again they can’t even get a plain burger right.

They always leave stuff out, especially if it’s a mobile order. Anytime I order a “buy one get one free” item, they leave out the free item every single time. Would not recommend this place, the employees are also rude if you tell them they forgot something.

Went to this location today for lunch and had one of the worst experiences from this location. The man taking the order, learned it’s a manager, was extremely rude and “pushy”. Then we leave with our food, the bread and fries were burned as you can see from the pictures.
