If I can put 0 starts I would based on the costumer service that I just encountered. I’m genuinely disappointed I asked her to tell me
How much 4 mc chickens was and she just told me to add it up in my head when she has the screen with all the materials needed to do such a simple task. Overly disappointed they lost some loyal costumers wouldn’t recommend. When I asked her to please do her job she told me to do MY job and because of that she didn’t want to take my order and told me to leave. The way how I was treated was truly disrespectful and i don’t want anyone going through what I went through

Stereotypical McDonald’s…cold, burnt food. I got the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were CLEARLY fried in very old grease. Very dark in color (pictures do no justice). Completely unsatisfied…whoda thunkit??

Usually I really enjoy this location. Its quiet, the food is always accurate and good, but the last time I went I had an experience and have not been back since. I was with a friend who has an illness which requires assistance in the restroom. We had been regulars and never caused any disturbance. We enjoyed it as a nice atmosphere to relax and talk. On this day, we went to the restroom, went into the handicap stall. Im assuming the male staff was waiting to clean, but when we exited he began taunting my friend, asking what took so long and why we were both in there. I let him know she was sick and required assistance and instread of apologizing and going about his business, he continued taunting and implied we were lying, then ultimately ended up issuing verbal threats. I do not think that is the kind of customer interaction McDonalds expects from its employees.

Stopped here for a little breakfast while our car was being repaired. What a funky fun McD’s! I have not come across this decor option yet, and it was really cool. It felt very retro 70s with the “Avocado Green” and “Harvest Gold” accents. There is a cool touch light table and video games to play. We sat down and ordered on the app and the food came quickly with a friendly crew member dropping it off. Thanks for making our not-so-good morning a little better.

McDonald’s food still tasty. Glass in the bathroom sink. Employees arguing half the time we were there. Smoky inside. My whole order was screwed up (wrong nugget sauce, missed Big Mac sauce on burger, added a sundae I didn’t ask for)

The atmosphere be mad wild sometimes with the conversations and lack of respect for the customers. The service is not pleasant either but Makayla( sorry if I misspelled) and another young lady( gotta find her name because she’s pleasant) has always been polite when I’ve been here or curbside. Kudos to them. Again I will find the other young lady’s name because their attitude is hard to come by when it comes to customer service

One doesn’t visit the Golden Arches looking for genial service, quality cuisine, or even a guarantee that you’ll receive everything you order.
While this location has never exceeded expectations, they’re far from the worst and it’s always had a special place in my heart as I’ve been coming here since I was a kid.
You could build a house with all the McNuggets I’ve devoured from this place. It also goes without saying that their fries are out of this world!

2 cars in the drive thru and I still have to pull to the side and wait. I ordered 15 min ago in the app. And not to mention some loser peeled the monopoly game stickers off my items. And they forgot one of my sauces

The app forced an order to this store which does not even have mobile pickup and cost me $50 in food that I did not receive. When I called to rectify this issue since I’m all the way across town and my designated location is on Hull Street I was hung up on several times. I’ve put in a concern to corporate but we would just like our money back. I think that’s reasonable considering this is the second time this has happened and we’ve never visited the store.
