no matter how many times I come here they’re always forgetting something and yes, it’s my fault for coming back but how hard is it to read a ticket slip? I’ve worked in fast food before you just make the order how the people want it. I use the mobile ordering services frequently and each time I ask for no onion extra pickle, And what do you think I get onion on my burger! I’ve had other times where they’ve completely forgotten sauce and I had to turn around in the middle of the road just to go back. this place needs to set it up have the workers in there look miserable Behind the counter, so I can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen.

McDonald’s needs to pull this franchise locations ability to sell anything until they can consistently give people what they pay for. On numerous occasions traveling through the area I have stopped here because it’s right off of the interstate and numerous times I have to go through my bank issue to get partial refunds or full refunds even when ordering through their online app, which they claim is more accurate because of missing items whole combo missing from the orders placed. Then they argue that if you order through the app, you must go through the app. There is no option to troubleshoot missing or inaccurate orders through the app. Once you finally find an 800 number to call be operators there instruct that you must go through the store itself. When you explain that the store itself has directed you back to the app then you have to go back-and-forth, ultimately you end up spending more time trying to get a refund on $25 then it’s even worth.
It is unreal at the level of service that comes out of this place. Do not waste your time. Drive literally 1 mile up the road to the next location and get 100% better service. They need to literally tear this place down and start all the way over again. The sad truth is nothing is going to change at this location until ownership changes and accountability is put in place.

I ordered on the machine in the lobby. Waited to get my drink cups, and they couldn’t even speak English. There are people here with cash needed to have someone order on the register, we called them up to the front and they brushed us off. Then a lady came up looking like she was texting, didn’t even say hello, after her texting for 5 minutes she shows the customer a text. Poor service, not a single one of these people speak English. Don’t waste your time here. The taller Hispanic lady never even put gloves on while she was putting fries in the bag, while making orders she was also on her phone making a call. This place is gross. Trash was all over the floor, didn’t even get our meals for 45 minutes, and they gave us cold fries and didn’t get our strawberry pie we paid for. Luckily 3 English speaking employees/managers came in and made the experience better. But it was definitely NOT worth the wait.

The freaking staff could use some damn manners. Horrible service, no thank you, no you’re welcome, nothing! All I got was my food poorly wrapped and a snoody attitude from the drive thru. I could’ve eaten something better after a 12 hour day, guess I should’ve. Won’t be back at this location. Yall been warned, their attitude and work demeanor is lacking.

We stopped here while traveling. The place was pretty clean and staff was friendly. However, on our way out, my son got a hot coffee to go. They must’ve been short staffed because it took almost 10 mins for this coffee. When we got to the hotel, he tossed out the remaining coffee in the sink. There was quite a few coffee grounds at the bottom.

This was my worst McDonald’s experience by a good margin. They didn’t have enough staff and the staff working were upset and cursing. The cursing staff was the highlight. The food was slow, incorrect, cold, and messy. The soda was sticky. The top wasn’t on the ice cream so it made a huge mess. The fries were somehow cold and over cooked. It took over 20 minutes to get this bad food. In fact if I did not have to go inside myself to get the food there is no chance they would have brought it out like they said they would. This franchise is to be avoided at all costs I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone.

It’s okay. Typical McDonald’s. Convenient stop for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee on an 8hr drive.
Order and pickup is convenient.
App typically has a deal or 2. But only ONE deal/reward can be used per order. One deal, makes sense but not being to use your points with a deal sucks. You either have to make multiple orders – which is less convenient – or just choose either or.

I went to get my lunch from this McDonals on 02/06/26, through the drive thru, I asked for 3 Double Cheeseburgers with heavy mustard, heavy onions, heavy ketchup, and asked for my order to be “Cook to Order” they did completely opposite, had me wait quite a bit get my order . The Manager was so unconcerned about what I requested, which was the one came to the window and I explained to her specifically what I wanted, I’m pissed because when I got to work thinking I was going to eat lunch and it was not right

Extremely poor service and unacceptable wait times. I, along with at least 7 other cars were told to pull to the side after paying. I ended up waiting 15 minutes while “runners” brought out incorrect orders. When my order finally arrived, it was incomplete. I had to go back through the drive-thru just to get the rest of what I paid for. This level of disorganization is ridiculous, they clearly need new management and training. If you’re in a rush, skip this location.
