Another issue… I literally have not been back here since they served me raw meat. I decided to give them one more chance. ….. No raw food, but I got four nuggets instead of six . My level of irritation is out of this world. I would go in and get a refund or complain, but even if I go in with my receipt, they’re not gonna do anything about it… I mean, I was literally served raw meat and I brought my receipt back and they didn’t do a thing
, wouldn’t even look at my receipt. The manager of this location is a dude that has braids. He must have his braids on way too tight and has absolutely no blood flow going to his brain… I literally only went there because it’s around the corner from my house. I will take the 10 extra minute drive to get everything I ordered. I’m so freaking over this place. I’ve never been to such a terrible McDonald’s location.

The manager did not care to fix the problem whatsoever. He simply wanted to argue as to why he could not help me in any form, not even an apology. He stated those photos could be old for all I know, even though they were timestamp, and I even had a picture of where I was at the time in which I was at the restaurant and the timestamp on the receipt which he refused to look at… Serving raw meat is a HEALTH CODE violation. It should be treated as thus, but no instead I just got argued with and berated for even attempting to complain that they served me RAW meat…. how foolish of me. at this point, I think it’s just because I’m a woman because when my boyfriend went there to complain about an issue with the food, he got handed a bag full of food but me…. No just get berated as a whiny woman. How dare I expect fully cooked food… This is the same location. I’m also smart enough to understand. How an address works when he argued with me saying how do I even know you went to this location? He did not even look at the receipt, not even a little bit not even attempt he did not car…. He basically assumed I was running a scam because I’m just so desperate for McDonald’s burgers.

This McDonald’s needs to get their act together. Whenever I go through the drive through there’s always a line. The line moves extremely slow. And when I pick up my order there is rarely anyone smiling. I always seem to get the cold shoulder. I would avoid this McDonald’s till they get their act together.

When I was on the phone with a very rude gentleman, he basically was trying to find any reason not to help me well here’s my receipt that you claim… I do not have because you said “oh a lot of people call up the store trying to do this” . yeah because I’m so broke I need to beg for food…. They CONSISTENTLY get orders wrong. This is the second time I’ve ordered the chicken strips and they’ve given me nuggets. I want my money and time back. Avoid this place at all cost.

Don’t bother showing up at McDonald’s between the hours of 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. there’s machines switch over, make it so they can’t take orders, and the mobile app doesn’t calculate that when you go to place an order. So, if you don’t have a lot of money, they are going to steal your money for four business days before you are able to get it back. And the employees know, but they don’t care to say anything to management about it, because they are just here for the paycheck and nothing else matters. Do you really want people like that making your food? I don’t. Do not bother coming here.

I don’t understand why this location always takes triple the time it should through drive through. I placed order on app, and literally waited 30 mins to get food AND it was at 1230 in morning. The good this was at least the fries were fresh and hot!

This is the single worst McDonald’s in terms of service I’ve ever experienced. The only reason I still patron this location is because of its proximity to where I live. I’ve had numerous incorrect orders in the last year. One time, I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a drink, and was handed *checks clipboard* a bag of cookies at the drive thru window. Do not do curbside pickup at this facility unless you have a casual 30-45 minutes to spare and you like your food cold. The service is poor even when not particularly busy. My financee once found a sticker inside of her burger. People in Manchester must be starving because I don’t see how this place is still open for business.
