Service is absolutely atrocious. This place is advertised as a 24/7 restaurant, but out of the last 5 times I have been to this restaurant in the evenings, they are always closed or only accepting DoorDash orders.

This location is terrible. I hate using two lanes at any restaurant because for people that try not to go ahead of the people waiting, using one or the other line. It’s seems like people that just entered a line end up being serviced first. Causing distress for people that have sat in line for at least 5 minutes before their order is taken. I backed out of the line because of this precise issue. I proceeded to go into the store to use the kiosk and omitted the option of nugget sauce by mistake.

Do not waste your time, seriously. They have a drive thru you cannot get out of once in line, and you’ll be in that line for an average of 45 minutes. I’ve been a customer and someone who’s picked up a few DoorDash orders here and each time the wait is atrocious. And then, if you’re helped or someone answers the speaker at all, you’ll be met with horrible, nasty attitudes. Go to any other McDonald’s in the area.

We waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru to find the ice cream machine was down. Then another 5 minutes to order, only to find out that they were only fulfilling mobile or UberEATS orders. And still had to wait to go through the rest of the drive thru. 35 minutes wasted, still empty bellies. Why can’t they put up a sign before the drive thru?

This Mcdonalds is Horrible, and this is coming from a Certified Manager, that worked at Mcdonalds for over 20 years. Everytime I go there at 6-6:30 I ask for my food fresh because they will serve you old food that has been sitting in the tray, the Mcmuffins be so hard you cant even bite it. Worst McDonalds in Richmond! I went to get a meal, burger, fries, and nuggets! But inside the nugget box was 2 pcs of cookies instead of 6 PCs nuggets! Why do they do this? It’s so unprofessional! Stuck in the drive through like it’s purgatory before dantes inferno. There is no way out. I guess I’ll just die here as I wait and starve. Goodbye sweet world. I hope the one person inside working to handle all the orders survives the nights.
