Today visit just reminded me why I don’t eat at McDonald’s. I did not go for myself. I went for myself but for the Mrs. and my granddaughter.
Order a steak and egg bagel ( TERRIBLE)
(see the picture. Bagel, hard cold, egg was cold and The steak was more bristled than steak. )
Ordered hotcakes warm ( Manager charge me an additional $.58 to get a extra syrup after I paid a total of $16.33 for my food . )
Poor customer service for my manager .
Ordered hashbrowns it was cold .
The orange juice I don’t know how to describe it. It was horrible /terrible. !!!
I will not be going back there ever.
Those who read this take my advice, go anywhere, but here .
Totally not worth it .
Oh, Hash brown was cold

Although the place was mostly empty, the staff was not customer focused at all for several of the customers there. Food not delivered to table, soda machine not fully functional and staff unresponsive to guests at front counter. They had signs saying they were accepting applications, so maybe they were understaffed and overworked, but there was almost no customers in the place. I like McDonald’s food, but I will probably not be back to this location again.

I just want to give a shout out to the very nice cashier with dread locks who took the time to help my kids tonight. My wife and I have six kids. Five of them wanted to redeem their “Free Item Coupon”. By the rules on the back of the coupon they were all valid and each child had their own. The gentlemen with dread locks was very kind, helpful, and stood up for my children when the manager wanted to make them pay. The manager only wanted to redeem one coupon saying it was one coupon per car per visit. The coupon clearly does not say that. Glad to know there are still kind people out there.

Clean
Service was fast
High chair available
Self service stations options
Wheelchair accessible between tables
Cool yellow chairs for old-school McDonald’s feel

However, Fry containers were not full and forgot onions on my burgers.

Shut it down please! Throw the whole store away and start over! The level of disrespect shown to the customers at this location is disgraceful. Our experience was with the guy (who works there) with twisted dreadlocks in his hair. He yelled at this older customer because she needed her order corrected. He reprimanded her over the order that THEY (McDonald’s employees) got wrong. The poor lady kept trying to explain herself and he stood there rolling his eyes at her and making a mockery of her. It was gut wrenching to watch. The other customers who were waiting looked terrified and said that they all get treated that way from the staff at this location. People should start recording these interactions at this McDonald’s and posting them online for accountability. As far as our food was concerned, the same rude employee literally threw our bag across the counter at us and walked away. We did not eat that food. Its dangerous to eat food prepared by people who hate their jobs, customers and life in general. Please do not continue eating food out of this place. It’s not safe for anyone. I wish I could zero stars. This place is a ZERO in service, food quality and atmosphere. Where is the general manager? Where is the accountability? Avoid this location by any means necessary.

Ordered for 2 Adults and a toddler, took almost 40 minutes to get our food and when we did the main courses were cold but the hasbrowns were scorching hot. I had to ask for syrup, butter and utensils for my hot cakes. The napkin dispenser in the lobby did not have any napkins, and the bins didn’t have anything in them. Overall it was a McDonalds so i can’t be too surprised.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This McDonald’s is without question the worst in all of Williamsburg, and the issues go far beyond one bad day — it’s a consistent pattern of poor service, unprofessional behavior, and an alarming lack of accountability from management.

Last week, I experienced rude and dismissive staff who clearly had no interest in addressing customer concerns. A few days later, I asked for napkins with my order and was told, “We ain’t got none, that’s why you ain’t got any in your bag.” That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable at any establishment.

Today was the final straw. After sitting in the drive-thru line for over five minutes behind a van, I finally reached the pickup window and requested breakfast sauce. I was told they couldn’t give me any because it would “hold up the line” — despite there being no one behind me. The logic was baffling, and the attitude was worse.

I went inside to calmly speak with the General Manager to explain my frustrations and let her know that this kind of customer service reflects poorly on leadership. Rather than taking responsibility or even showing a hint of professionalism, she chose to make excuses and ultimately told me she wouldn’t serve me anymore simply because I told her that poor leadership results in poor service. That kind of reaction to constructive criticism is incredibly immature and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, I paid extra for bacon in my order and didn’t receive it. No apology, no offer to make it right.

Long wait times, dismissive employees, failure to deliver what I paid for, and a GM who can’t take feedback without retaliating — this location is a complete mess. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere. There are plenty of better-run fast food options in Williamsburg that actually value their customers.

Hours on the door state the LOBBY closes at 11. People sitting at the tables eating and I walk up to pickup my mobile order and the door is locked. My order was marked as “Ready for pickup” 20+ minutes ago so im sure everything will be cold. Im currently sitting at the menu now for 5 minutes saying hello with zero response. If I could cancel my order and get my money back I would.

I don’t appreciate the manager “profiling” my husband and I while I’m helping my family with her vehicle. All because said Manager had an issue with my family members car.
Be apart of the solution, not apart of the problem.

Next time instead of profiling my family, how about you gain some compassion and empathy for other people and come check on us. I don’t eat McDonald’s. I can make better FRESH chicken nuggets at my house!
Be better not bitter.
