However, Fry containers were not full and forgot onions on my burgers.
Last week, I experienced rude and dismissive staff who clearly had no interest in addressing customer concerns. A few days later, I asked for napkins with my order and was told, “We ain’t got none, that’s why you ain’t got any in your bag.” That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable at any establishment.
Today was the final straw. After sitting in the drive-thru line for over five minutes behind a van, I finally reached the pickup window and requested breakfast sauce. I was told they couldn’t give me any because it would “hold up the line” — despite there being no one behind me. The logic was baffling, and the attitude was worse.
I went inside to calmly speak with the General Manager to explain my frustrations and let her know that this kind of customer service reflects poorly on leadership. Rather than taking responsibility or even showing a hint of professionalism, she chose to make excuses and ultimately told me she wouldn’t serve me anymore simply because I told her that poor leadership results in poor service. That kind of reaction to constructive criticism is incredibly immature and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I paid extra for bacon in my order and didn’t receive it. No apology, no offer to make it right.
Long wait times, dismissive employees, failure to deliver what I paid for, and a GM who can’t take feedback without retaliating — this location is a complete mess. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere. There are plenty of better-run fast food options in Williamsburg that actually value their customers.
Be apart of the solution, not apart of the problem.
Next time instead of profiling my family, how about you gain some compassion and empathy for other people and come check on us. I don’t eat McDonald’s. I can make better FRESH chicken nuggets at my house!
Be better not bitter.
