Always a horrible, maybe one day they will fix it. Expect them to want you to pay for a mobile order because they are to careless to view that you already paid, expect your food to be handed to the person in front of you. But always assure they will be stingy with your sauce or forget it all together. Such a great experience.

Horrible staff. I pulled in to drive thru March 4 @ 6:50 am ordered sausage mcmuffin with egg. Pulled up to second window paid and when I got my order it was wrong. Missing egg. I told the girl at the window and she argued that I had ordered a sausage muffin. And I corrected her and said the lady taking the order doesent understand english. She called me a racist and grabbed the bag and said she wasn’t fixing the order and will give me a refund which she never did so I left. I am so sick of the superior attitudes and no customer service. That girl should be fired!!

This location does not know how to fill a fry box. Over $4 for a large fry and it contained no more than a full small.
They have recently gone to the new format where there is nobody at the front counter and no register either. You either use the kiosk, the app, or just leave.
A pitiful way to do business. I ordered on the app, chose curbside pickup, and when I arrived, poorly done scraps of paper were on the curbside sign saying you had to either use the drive-thru or go inside to pickup.
Once I parked and went inside because I did not want to wait behind a dozen cars in the drive-thru, I had to wait over 5 minutes just to get someone’s attention in the back to help me. Add a bell or do something to let customers summon help.
If you like half full fries that half the time are not crispy but a bit raw, and nearly impossible to get help at the counter from my experience, then this is your place.

Ordered curbside on the app. No food was ever brought out. Went inside and never received order. No one works the front counter. Was able to speak briefly to two employees to ask about the order, but we ended up leaving after 30 minutes of waiting. There were 7-8 others waiting in lobby with us entire time all with online orders and no food.

Please corporate if you are reading this…. Please replace the manager here and fire half of the staff. Half the time the food is not cooked all the way through, missing items, very rude staff, and very very slow. They are joking in the back more than cooking/ serving food. You have to yell to get someone’s attention at the front. Corporate needs to do a clean out at this store NOW! It’s disgraceful and insulting. And quite frankly it’s sad y’all are okay with them collecting a paycheck and potentially poisoning us with undercooked food. Maybe I should call the health dept. maybe that will get your attention.

Horrible experience. Did a mobile order and when I went to pickup my order there was nobody at the 1st window that I was told to pull up to and they didn’t bag up my whole order sso I had to go back up there to get the rest of my order. When I showed up I sat at the microphone for 5 minutes and nobody came over the speaker so I pulled up to see an employee with an earbud in his ear and the manager was disrespectful. The second window attendant pulled out his phone and turned his back to me. I won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered on the app for delivery and when I received my food, I was missing items. I tried calling the store no response like the phone was disconnected. My dasher went back to get the rest of my food and was told that they won’t be giving it to her bc it was all in the one bag. I was missing a happy meal and 2 drinks. There was no way for all the food and drinks to fit into one bag! DO NOT ORDER AT THIS STORE

The last couple times I’ve gotten the steak egg n cheese mcmuffin, you can really tell the quality of the steak has gone downhill. It’s really tough meat now. It used to be much more tender but now it’s just hard to eat. It makes me wonder if they use a different meat type or quality lately. I’m very disappointed.

McBroken…Not a nice place when the first interaction by the supervisor says to use the kiosk. My 3 friends and I met there, (3 cars) told her we just wanted 4 ice cream sundaes. But, again we were told to order using their kiosk. Turned out, when we asked, their “sundae machine” still didn’t work. Same outcome as the several other weeks we visited.
