Great customer service and best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I rarely do fast food, but these folks did it a great service. Food was to us quickly and the order was 100% correct. Everyone had smiles on their faces and we’re very inviting.

Tried the snack wraps and they were bad. The spicy one just had an orange sauce to make it spicy not really cooked in. The chicken filling was way overcooked and too chewy to eat. The other wrap was slightly better with a light sauce. But the filling was tiny compared to the large bready wrap. I spoke with a staffer who said he doesn’t get the wrap when the cooking oil has not been changed out….I am old enough to lament the days when the food was served hot and was very cheap. Guess those days are done.

Clean, service poor Got 5 special. Got my food had to wait on coffee 15 min I kept asking is it ready Manager apologize. However I won’t be back to this one. I should have gone to other one on my way here to shop. In the past service has been awful. Perhaps the crew not trained at this one. Meal very greasy I ate about 1/2 of it. I suppose good help is hard to find these days Anyway coffee was good once I got it.

WHY does it always smell like sewage when waiting in the drive thru line?? The customer service, quality of food stinks as much as the outside does. My family and I go out of our way to go to a different McDonald’s every time now.

Went to this location for breakfast. The girl that took our order rushed us and kept saying “hello?” Every two seconds when we told her to give us a second. Then they didn’t give us our sausage on our breakfast sandwich. Would not recommend and will be calling corporate.

This McDonalds has to be scamming on the monopoly tickets I have been multiple times and gotten items with no tickets. Not to mention the amount of things they get wrong and the attitude they give when you ask for it to be corrected. 8/10 it smells like dying bodies outside because they don’t clean their grease traps often enough. Obviously no McDonald’s is perfect seeing as they never hire good workers. But to order multiple times per day and receive multiple items with no tickets is insane.

Slow service and then the food was crazy… the Big Mac was not put together properly, unbelievable. Went in for them to fix it and they prepared it the same way!!! (Picture)
Second issue was Oreo McCurry. When we got through the ice cream, found Half the cup filled with crushed Oreos at the bottom! Wasted money but NEVER AGAIN! NEVER!

BLUF: Had a good experience. If you are antisocial then everything can be done in the app which makes it just as easy to talk to no one . The area was clean and staff were friendly. I did come on a non busy time so understand experiences varies when busy or not .

Where’s the beef!!! Ordered two cheeseburgers and had to wait for pick up-no problem! Gave me my order and on the way I went! Open first cheeseburger…it’s just cheese pickles ketchup and onions…same for the second burger! Too afraid to go back and ask for them to make it right.
