I ordered a large big Mac meal, fries not salt. I got that but not the large amount of fries. It’s more like a small to small medium. I paid my money and this is what I get. Why does food service not take care in giving the correct amount of food that is paid for. Also the fries were not all the way done. I got to eat my big Mac, they say it was made fresh, nope. Bun is hard, Mac sauce on the wrong part of the bun, extra pickle on the wrong part of the bun, meat pattie old and the cheese isn’t even melted. So no, not fresh at all.

I’ve been coming to this McD location for many years, but today was the last time. After placing my order, I waited much too long to pick up. Now, I get it. I am a patient and understanding person. I know things go wrong sometimes. But staff chit-chat and arguing gets tedious. So I finally get my Big Breakfast and the scrambled eggs are soggy with water. And… I get a bonus hair right on top. So yeah, I am done with this. I hope your experience is better, but don’t expect much.

I had to let a 5 star review get tied from my stylus over how nice this place is and how decent the food tasted. The surpring thing was the modern and more importantly cleanliness. My only noticeable issue was an old stainless steel trash can in the hall. Million dollars plus building and an old rusty trash can in the hall?
The place was spotless and from the customer’s perspective you could have told me this place opened last week.
I met Corbin? and then realized he was the manager. I am a legit reviewer and if you doubt that you will see I have done reviews for years.
Here is my point….if that young kid is the manager that pulls this place together….McDonald’s better cherish his decision to work for you.

We ordered a happy meal on the app for our child. When we got to the drive thru someone said they would be with us in and minute and then never came back. We parked and went in and no one was there to help. The team member that eventually came out said she had been there since 5:30 and had kids at home waiting for her. I told her I just wanted me food and then several people came from somewhere in the back. When I finally got my food the fries were old and cold. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s restaurant. Do better!

You get what you pay for I guess, I ordered 3 Big Mac meals and a quarter pounder deluxe plus a 20 piece nuggets. The food was dry and tasted old but the best part was it came with no napkins, ketchup no sauces. So when I asked for these things I was met with attitude and dirty looks from the staff. Worst part she was the manager of the night shift. Guess it starts from the top.

Definitely not fast food! Ordered inside at a kiosk. Two cheeseburgers, two fries, and a happy meal. Placed order at 12:28pm, received food at 12:51pm. I don’t blame the employees, they were all working quickly. Seemed like a classic case of under staffing by management.

We ordered 5 new Smoky BLT with fries and drinks, we asked for ketchup and some mayo and got nothing which is not a big deal. After taking a look of our order we find out the burger didn’t have bacon. We went to try to fix our order and ask if we can have the doubles instead of the single ones. The chef was mad bc we change our Oder for another 5 BLT and this is what we got raw meat. At the end of the day we’re paying for the service it ain’t for free. This is not acceptable.

I had the best experience at this McDonald’s today. The employees were working together efficiently to get the food out to the customer and made sure they also had their sauces and sodas. The manager, impressed me. She was cleaning up and straightening the tables and chairs in between customers. I appreciate and recommend this McDonald’s!

Staff is attentive and responsive.
There’s ample parking at the site. There’s also a gas station nearby.
What deserves a special mention?
The overall hygiene standards are good.
What could be better?
For pick-up orders, there was a queue getting formed. There’s room for improvement.
