wow!! we had this mcdonald’s for the first time and everything was perfect, the other mcdonald’s in town always messes up our orders. the gal who was running the drive-thru was so pleasant and my boyfriend got complimented on his nissan Z which made him feel great. the snack wrap tasted exactly like the one I used to have as a kid, down to the texture of the tortilla. honestly made our entire week, what a great experience !! ✨

I am done with this location. It has slowly gotten worse. The last time I went, I sat at the closer drive thru menu for 10 minutes with no response while the further line was flowing just fine to be told that person isn’t taking orders and to proceed to the window…. The food was so gross… TODAY, 5/6/25 – I was told the computer isn’t working so pull up to the window to order. I did, the order was completely wrong, no sauce for nuggets, and I ordered a deluxe crispy with no tomato – I was given an over burnt McChicken sandwich which somehow was still pink inside, 4 nuggets and a small fry… not getting food poisoning again from this location.

Gave up waiting on my order after waiting over an hour. I wasn’t the only one. Lobby was filled with other people who weren’t getting their orders either.

EVERYtIME I come through drive thru I get parked. Yet I continue to come here but really need to do better. Had me sit in drive thru for 10 minutes then ask me to pull off to the side for another 4 minutes. I order ahead of time through the app to save myself and them time but never works. Food was made wrong but at this point I don’t want to waste anymore time. McDonald’s needs to do better.

Worst fast food restaurant ever. Just shut it down. I’ve already called the area manager about them before. Apparently it made no difference. Just stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes and never got waited on. I asked if someone could take our order. Someone said she would but still never made it up to the front. So we finally left. 5 other customers standing and waiting as well. Manager standing in the back watching us wait. Employees with long hair not pulled back. No one wearing gloves making food. This place is disgusting.

I ordered a medium hot chocolate I paid five dollars for it. I asked for whipped cream caramel drizzle chocolate syrup, French vanilla flavoring, caramel flavoring, which is why it cost five dollars and I got a regular hot chocolate. That’s ridiculous

Worst service ever I ordered a four-piece nugget and had to wait 10 minutes and then when I asked why I had to wait 10 minutes for a four-piece nugget the black lady with blue hair stated I just clocked in rudely when I seen her hand out multiple orders and then I told the manager about it all and he said I’m sorry no offer to make it better or nothing worst McDonald’s ever
