23 minutes for mediocre fast food. We waited at the register for 5 minutes with no service. That should have been our clue to leave. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a happy meal and a coke from a kiosk. One other family ordered ahead of us. As we waited 5 other orders came in and the drive thru curbside slots filled up with another 6 cars.

We all waited. I finally went to the counter where I was ignored for another 5 minutes before the manager asked my number. She “found” our happy meal with the ticket on it and commenced to gather our meal. The burgers were cold and the buns hard. Of course.

I don’t know what happens to get an establishment 20+ minutes behind. But there was no explanation or apology.

I love McDonalds, and travel the East Coast for work and have never been to a McDonalds this bad. I won’t be back to this one.

Order online and got through the line quickly. At the window, they asked me to take a carside spot while I waited for them to finish up my order. After thirty minutes, one of the staff came out to my car and asked why I was in a carsode spot without an order. I told them I was told to wait here from the window, and they took my order details again.

I had been waiting for thirty minutes at this point and then fifteen minutes later, the staff member came back out and handed me what equates to half my order. She also explained that they were closed, even though they close at eleven o’clock, I had arrived at nine thirty and it was then ten fifteen.

I got home with what they gave me, noticeably missing items and when I opened my sandwhich, it wasnt even the whole thing. I come to this McDonald’s maybe once a month and it gets worse every time.

The worst part is, you can’t even get a refund through the app.

This morning, they didn’t have a manager on duty and it was utter chaos with the exception of a couple of very lovely and friendly ladies named Josephine and Rita.
Apparently, the manager on duty has a medical emergency and had to leave.
They can’t operate the dining area without a manager and it was extremely busy both at the drive through and the dining room.
Apparently, one was coming but it would be a while until they arrived so they closed the dining area.
They told Josephine to keep the stored locked up but she kept taking care of her customers by opening the door, explaining the situation, verbally taking orders by memory and being so friendly and sweet to everyone!
This wonderful lady showed professionalism at its finest.
She was extremely friendly, had a genuine smile and she went beyond the call of duty!
She stayed beyond her time and she made sure her customers coming to the door were taken care of taking their orders by memory even though they weren’t allowed in the building.
Rita was taking control of the kitchen, taking care of everything to include the drive through.
She was calm and very orderly and she looked like a maestro leading an orchestra.
Exactly how someone who should be a manger should be.
She literally was controlling everything and she did a phenomenal job at it!
It was amazing to see this type of leadership from both of these lovely ladies.
I will definitely come back after seeing this!

I haven’t stopped at this McDonald’s in a long time. I cannot begin to describe how awful it is now. First of all let’s start with waiting over thirty minutes for an order we placed online 10 minutes before we arrived, a small order at that. We went to use the facilities while we waited on our order. Trash. Literally like 20 flies in the women’s restroom, one stall was occupied the other covered in all different shades of fecal matter, smeared on the seat, the side of the seat, the bottom of the bowl. Water puddles everywhere which is absolutely McDonald’s fault, not the employees fault because of the placement of the hand dryer and no paper towels, a fall hazard and also disgusting. The aroma of someone else’s digested food that didn’t quite make it to the bowl apparently, did make it to the gas station side and floated on into the restaurant. Being overcome by the safety hazards and absolute house of horrors, poop edition we exited expeditiously and tried the men’s room which you guessed it just as foul. After finally getting our food it was missing a 10 piece chicken nugget. Which doesn’t surprise me there were several other people waiting just as long as us probably because the manager was outside chain smoking cigarettes chit chatting, another employee reeked of marijuana which cool but maybe save it for after work or don’t smoke so much of it you are wheel chair bound. This was almost an hour long event from start to finish. We wanted fast food, we could have spent our money in a sit down restaurant for all that grief and would have if we knew we would have to wait 3-5 business days for our food. The other employees working were nice, attentive, but they can’t do it alone, the manager should be in there helping not outside blowing cigarette smoke into the entrance doors, though I almost appreciated the cigarette smoke it somewhat covered the smell of the bathroom.

All I ordered was a cheeseburger and a Fri the fries were way over cooked and the burger had wayyyy to much seasoning and pepper and salt I tried to call the number to let them know and of course it doesn’t even go to a working phone

Update: (Ill leave my initial review at bottom.) So, I had breakfast next door at the gas station. It was cheaper, I got my food quicker and I got what I ordered. This was a much better decision than yesterday’s fiasco at McDonald’s. The response to my review was robotic. “Please go to this website and tell us…blah blah blah”. NO I WILL NOT. I left a review here, for any and all who care to know how dependable this store is towards its consumers. This is where the most ppl check on reviews… Well, this and yelp which is probably my next stop since I got a robot claiming to be the owner responding to my issue. Look, I had a bad experience at this store and wrote a review hoping a person would take note and fix the issue. Instead I was told to submit my review a second time out of sight. Thats some B.S. You have store managers, area managers, regional managers, etc. Someone can do something. If not, Im for Hire. 80k to do nothing. Just show up occasionally and let things flow like water through the path of least resistance.

***Stopped at the truck parking area and figured Id spend my money at McDonald’s instead of the gas station next door. DAMN, did I screw up. Nothing like going to good Ole McDonalds and getting a sub par unhealthy snack for the price of eating at a steak house. Seriously these prices are almost with 5 guys. Anyways, I saw there was a line at the register and no one was doing anything about it, so I used the kiosk, which is supposed to keep up with inventory…. Sure…. So, me thinking use the kiosk, avoid the line, let the workers do whatever is keeping them so busy.. Wrong, I ordered 2 Double cheeseburgers, 2 strawberry pies and a large mocha frappe. Oh and here’s the kicker, after I ordered, they didn’t even have what I wanted and offered me something else. They tried offering the apple apple pies. You all know, the horrible ones that almost always are dry and hold next to no filling. I didn’t want apple pies, I didnt want something else. I wanted what I ordered. And every other mcdonalds Ive stopped at, the kiosk shades out when an item is unavailable. I gave 1 star for 4 reasons. 1.) It took 20 minutes to get my order. 2.) I did not get what I ordered when it was presented as available. 3.) Your inventory is wrong and it cost me. 4.) I was not offered a refund but a replacement that was of lesser value than what I ordered. Like I said, I should have ate at the gas station next door… Thats really saying something.

Food was good, service needed some work. Hardly anyone was working the counter, fortunately they had the kiosks to order. Food took a little longer than what you would expect from McDonalds. There were multiple families in front of me having issues with wrong orders and long wait times.

Placed and order last night for 2 chicken sandwiches a double fish sandwich, large fries and tea. Walked back to my truck and the chicken was cold and tough. The fries were barely like warm. The fish was actually hot but they only gave me one fish patty and not 2. I saw that when I was there and they added the other. Went back with the fries and chicken sandwiches and told them about it. The manager was sorta disgruntled because she was going to fix one. I said no mama both were bad. Finally got the sandwiches about 20 minutes later but no fry. Had to wait for them to be cooked. The 2 stars were because the cashier was friendly and apologized for being slow as there was only 2 of them there. The manager had been at work since 4 that morning and was exhausted so I excuse her slight disgruntlement as I know she was exhausted. She never came off with any kind of attitude towards me. She was in fact friendly at the register. They definitely need more help who will show up when it’s snowing.

This place has REALLY gone downhill under new management. Ordered food online 30 minutes ago, have been waiting inside for 25, app said food was ready 12 minutes ago and still not served. Especially when my order is just McNuggets and a happy meal…

As a former trucker, I feel for the drivers wasting their entire meal break waiting to be served.

Edit:Finally served at 4:45, almost an hour after I ordered.

The store in Zions Crossroads desperately needs additional staff. They consistently are understaff and have a line out to the road in the drive through. They also get orders wrong. I placed a mobile order and they failed to serve what I requested.

Update: I tried this McDonald’s again 3 months later. Still no adjustment to staffing issue or quickness of food. I placed my order at 5:53, did not pay in cash until 6:25.

I do not recommend stopping at this McDonald’s if you are traveling through the area. It will not be a quick stop.
