Soggy cold fries. Nobody likes fries this old they tasted like they’ve been sitting out on a counter for a whole day. I used to work at McDonalds so I know its very easy to make a new batch of fries. You guys need to trash fries like this especially if you have someone wait in a parking spot.. Management must be a joke here. Also your sweet tea is too sweet and I got like no ice

We were told to go to the next window waited there for 5 minutes then yelled at to move up. Then once we got to the next window the lady asked if we had cash and when we said no she scoffed the proceeded to take 10 minutes to run the card then we sat there to get two sandwiches. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Walked in to order food. No one on front counter no one near to be seen only drive thru. Went to self serve kiosk. Completed my order by myself. Walked up to counter. A rude manager she came to get another order to front line I asked for my drink cup while I waited. She told me I would have to give her a minute. Cups were right next to her mind you. Out right rude the whole interaction didn’t care about anyone in the store only drive thru. Won’t be coming here while she is on shift anymore nor spending money here if I don’t have to.

Must be severely understaffed. The woman who spoke was genuine and it’s not her fault but it took 5 mins to just talk to someone about my order which I placed ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. There was 1 car infront of me and I saw atleast 4 people inside so either they don’t care about their jobs enough to help or the staff that was there doesn’t know what to do and is new. Either way a 10 plus min wait after placing a mobile order to talk to someone plus additional wait to get my food and drink is crazy. I’ve worked fast food this wasn’t it

I got breakfast here and it took years to arrive! It took each care 10 minutes to get served and when it was my turn she told me to wait and didnt come back for almost 15 minutes. After getting my food they forgot most of my order!

So I ordered a double cheeseburger with only ketchup- all they did was remove the pickles and onions however you can’t remove mustard from the bun or cheese- the bun wasn’t fresh so I looked at it – thank goodness I didn’t eat it- I’m allergic to mustard!

Went through drive thru today and wasn’t given a straw little hard to drink without straw while driving. The fries were old if you wouldn’t eat them then you shouldn’t serve them. The McChicken sandwich was only thing the was good.

♀️ Food tastes and looks like it’s been waiting for pick up over half the day. Obviously can tell the fries were re-dipped in grease because half the grease are still on them, although they are dried out! Fish filet stale as he**. I thought THIS location would be better, but I would’ve been better off going to Wawa ♀️
