They don’t advertise Omelets but if you ask, they will make to order. This particular location is just under par/the norm. Food sometimes under cooked or slightly over cooked. As most Waffle Houses dingy atmosphere and tidiness is overlooked. Yet I frequent chain and have always enjoyed the Bacon, Chilli, sandwiches are generally good.

If i could get this place a zero I would horrible customer service. Next time put your employee Catalina with all the fake gold and bad makeup in the back so she doesn’t deter people from coming. Her rolling her eyes and raising her voice because I asked about my drink was super rude and uncalled for.

This mcdonalds location has went drastically downhill, used to be the best now it’s just as bad as the elkton location and the south main street location in the evenings. Chicken nuggets are always soggy and taste undercooked. 39 cents for an extra sauce for chicken nuggets that just went in the trash because they were disgusting and inedible is crazy. The boxley owned locations just needs to retrain all of their employees on fixing food and customer service.

Used to have great service. Then the pandemic hit and everyone got so laid back at work and no one wants to really do the job they were hired for it seems like. Currently sitting in the drive through, it is wrapped around the building and only one lane open. Taking orders at the rate of about one car every 6-8 minutes. This place used to be so fast, would be in and out in just a few minutes. It’s really gone downhill

i gotta add, i went again today 3/3/2026, i hit up this McDonald’s every time i am in the area, i don’t live here, Harrionsburg is where i went as a kid, now live in Lexington …but this place is always on top of the game. this lady employee sorry don’t recall her name but the girl was on top of things .. i got a cheeseburger, coffee and …when i saw they had strawberry and cream pies, i had to get one asking to add it to my order … while she was doing the other drive thru orders … she took my payment and did all that same time … she is awesome. i love great employees. with a smile and every thing. the man employee gave it to me … so speedy and kind. folks are awesome. love this spot. so well done!! thank you!! service with a smile. i hope she heard me say “YOU’RE AWESOME” .. thank you.
my husband and i have been to tons of McDonald’s throughout our traveling, travels …we love your coffee, drink it in our Keurig daily. so good. well out a doubt this location is the best. the employees are always friendly, kind and helpful. the coffee is spot on, delicious! we love 8 cream, 8 sugar. they do it perfectly, no clue why others (locations) can not. and true me we get some rude McDonald’s employees at other locations. had a fight with a lady at a New York drive thru, still can believe how rude she was. i get it, you had a bad day but treating customer not kind is never okay. if you can not make a cup of coffee the way a customer enjoys, give them packets of sugar and cream. we love a straw with our coffee. iced coffee from this location is great. so good. they get you through the line (drive thru) are great, quick so kind. fries are tasty and hot. kind with the sauces. never been inside only through the drive thru. so kind. totally would recommend to all who are looking for some (well it is not cheap, when we were kids in the early 80’s it was cheap, my hubby even worked at a McDonald’s in Chesapeake, VA) going the extra mile, showing a smile, always make customers feel great. thank you. you all are AWESOME!!!

The new value menu (to add any second for a dollar) is great. We had 2 double cheese burgers and got 12 nuggets for $2 more. Around $11 for all 4 items, not bad for the way everything and everyone are over pricing today. Our food was fresh and hot

Excellent Service. My Big Mac was perfectly made the way I wanted it. The beef patties were fresh & juicy, sandwich had enough lettuce and sauce.
Its sometimes a crapshoot when I go to a Fast Food Restaurant after 9PM. This was not the case at this location.
The building is modern and mew, it had the new digital ordering Kiosks that look like giant phones.
Only issue was cheesy paper sign saying no slush available

I spent almost 40$ and in my order was a 20pcs nugget and they wouldn’t give me any sauce for them also my big Mac was horrible it was missing half what it usually is . I will never so back to this one which is unfortunate . I have never been somewhere with such rude people even the manager
