Shout out to Katherine! One of the managers at the location. There was some sort of confusion with the staff and the DoorDash driver. Our initial order arrived to us very cold and what seemed to have sat out far past the time you could safely consume.
Katherine asked me to stop in and she would guarantee the food to be fresh and hot. She went out of her way to redo the whole order and even threw in some goodies. Definitely going above and beyond!

This is like the 3rd time I’ve used my rewards points and they’ve not given me the whole order. Use them for happy meals and this time I didn’t get fries or apple slices with my meal. Need to start checking *everything* before I drive home We at least got the toys and drink

This place was great. They were super busy when we got there. That didn’t make the wait times terrible though. I came in and used the kiosk to order our food, I went in to use the restroom, I came back out and our order was ready. Everything was exactly how we ordered it. It tasted like it wad freshly made and not sitting around in a warmer for too long. Probably one of the quickest and best McDonalds stops we had on our road trip from NY to NC and back.
I would completely recommend you to stop here if you are thinking about it.

I’m only giving 3 stars because the morning crew is fast and efficient. The evening crew of teenagers is absolutely horrible, drive thru and in store, very slow service and people just standing around with their hands in their pockets.

20241214 I stopped here to get some McDs, and the food was hot! Yummm… The restroom in the market is pretty clean.
20240929 This is located in the gas station. The [slightly bigger] lady who helped me was real nice. I was looking for Crocs #6 and #8, and unfortunately, #8 was sold out. Being at this location made me realize that all the McDs that I have visited in Northern VA employed all Hispanics. It might be language or culture barrier; services are not consistent amd often lacking. This location is more diversed, and service was friendly and helpful.

My family and I very rarely eat fast food. But this morning we just needed something quick and easy so we came to the strasburg McDonald’s and the service was amazing and the food was all correct and prompt. The front cashier Ashley Fisher was very sweet and accommodating. I actually had a real convo with her, which with the hustle and bustle of people nowadays, doesn’t come by very often. So that was very nice!! Great experience all around!!!

Kiosk let’s you order a latte. Then someone comes out asking if I want a refund for my latte. No I don’t. I want my latte. Apparently the machine to make it isn’t working and no one told me that. Avoid this and the Burger King at this exit. No customer service.

Honestly, we don’t expect a lot out of any McDonald’s restaurant. You go there to get fast, mediocre food. But this place needs some help.
We ordered some sandwiches via the kiosk and that experience was fine. The sandwiches were all put together sloppily. We literally had to rearrange some of them, so we could eat them.
Further, the place was staffed by teenagers (this was 9/8 at 7pm or so). My wife asked one of the girls for honey mustard sauce for her chicken sandwich, and the stare we got back said, “How dare you make me work!” The same girl followed us out and joined one of her friends for a smoke outside. Very unprofessional and unkind!
