This McDonald’s is close to my house so I use it on the way to work… If I had a better choice I would choose it. Leaving bad reviews are one of my least favorite things to do but When you go to a fast food place to get food quickly on your way to work and are diverted to the reserved parking spots because the drive-through can’t serve you fast enough.. I’m kind of forced to leave a bad review. I don’t know why this McDonald’s does not believe in getting their drive-through working, but I don’t wanna park at a fast food place every time I come to get food when I originally came through the drive-through to be a little quicker. I think I just need to find somewhere else to get a convenient breakfast for me and my children before we go to work

Ordered throught the app to make the ordering process quicker. I was literally the only person at the speaker and had to wait 11 minutes just get someone on the speaker. Then had to wait another 11 minutes for the food. Stupidly slow service.

I was there this morning 9/20 and received the best service from a McDonalds ever! We went through the drive through and every person was friendly and personable. From the women who took our order, to the women we paid, the man who gave us our food and the young lady who noticed we wanted hot instead of mild sauce! I was impressed with how happy and friendly they all were and the food was on point.

We have been through the drive thru 3 times now. And this will be the last time. We waited 25 minutes this last time after being told to pull up into one of the numbered slots. I finally had to go in and say we’ve been waiting forever for our food. They were waiting on Apple pies. By the time we finally got our food the french fries were cold. Sure didn’t want to give them back because God only knows how long we would have had to wait for that. 3 times thru the drive thru and every time it’s been like this.

We stopped here for a bathroom break on a road trip. The bathrooms and dining room were clean. Ordering the food was fast and easy and it came out correct the first time. This is a great location just off of the highway.

Bathrooms were pretty gross with lots of urine on the floor.
The service was very slow. It took quite awhile just to get two ice cream cones. (It was not particularly busy/crowded or anything.)
