I ordered a chicken sandwich and what I received was a chicken nugget cosplaying as a sandwich. The bun was doing all the heavy lifting while the chicken sat there, embarrassed, undersized, and clearly under-qualified for the job.
This isn’t inflation — it’s audacity. If the chicken gets any smaller, just hand me the bun and a picture of poultry. Charging full price for this is wild.
Do better, McDonald’s. Customers shouldn’t have to play “Where’s the chicken?” when ordering a chicken sandwich.

Worst Mcdonalds in the area. Majority of Employees are very unfriendly. Everytime you go through the drive trough the famous words are “pull up to the rail or park in spot #2”. You wait 30 mins watch 20 other people that were behind you get their food then youre comes out wrong or half your shit is missing.

This McDonald’s location has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The wait times are always long, and they can’t seem to get orders right. I don’t eat pork, yet they’ve given me sausage multiple times when I specifically ordered steak for breakfast. One time, my steak bagel even had wax paper inside the sandwich — completely unacceptable. I’m done with this place. They’ll never get another dime from me.

I ordered a double cheeseburger through the drive-through, and when I took a bite while driving, it tasted absolutely foul. I gagged and spit it out only to find that my bread was infested with mold. Called saying that I had an issue with the food and explained to them and they told me they couldn’t give me a refund unless I physically brought the hamburger back in at which point I was already miles away on my road trip. Needless to say, I will never stop there and I think anyone plans on stopping here should think again

The cashier dropped my $50 bill and lost it out of the drive thru window. Then he lied to his manager about it and wouldnt compensate for it. Real pieces of work.

3/28/23 UPDATE: I must be a glutton for punishment. I just went through the drive thru at 11:30am, with 3 cars in front of me and 3 behind me. THE FRIES ARE COLD AND DIRTY-OIL TASTING! WTH IS WRONG WITH THIS FRANCHISE??? The Big Mac was not hot, either, just barely warm. I’m done this time.

Food is consistently cold or at best, warm. Usually outright cold. The hamburgers and cheeseburgers are old-tasting, like they were made hours ago and kept in a warming tray to dry out. The fries are hot only about 1 out of every 10 visits, and usually, you can taste the old oil they were cooked in. This particular McDonald’s seems to cut corners, or their regional rep never visits. I’ve given up on this one, because I’m tired of poor food for $10.

I just got a Big Mac meal and a Bacon Quarter Pounder meal and a 4 piece nugget. The Big Mac and nuggets were fine, but the BQP wasn’t cooked all the way through like it should be. The meat looked like it was raw! I’ve also had problems with waiting times, but the raw burger is just unacceptable and dangerous. Definitely would not recommend coming here to eat.

The kiosk was broken, and there was no sign to say that, so we watched a total of 12 people attempt to use it while the lady at the register watched, saying nothing. 2 out of 3 hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, ketchup dispensers were empty, service was very slow, fries were cold even though the fryer alarm was constantly beeping. Watching the crew work, I could see that they are just disorganized and poorly trained. They could benefit from a visit from an upper management trainer.
