Nothing was stocked up at the beverage location, had to go to the counter where the employees ignored you. The food was cold, the staff was rude, the dining room and bathrooms were dirty. Thank goodness we were only passing through.

The manager, Rock, handled the mobile order mishap I had this afternoon. I expressed I was weary of placing my order again as my card had already been charged. After a few moments, I had the smoothies and food I ordered. Thank you to the cashier who gave my son a toy to play with while we waited. Food was fresh and the order was perfect.

So I’ve been going to this location for years now as it’s close to my house and job, I’ve seen it progressively go downhill. MOST of the employees are rude or don’t care. There is one manager who is always super nice to everyone and does his job perfectly. The food is always hot and correct so no complaints to the cooks. It really is a hit or miss for service but the food is always good.

Drive thru…..SLOW. Definitely don’t try and go through on your lunch break. They always have the door locked even when it says the lobby is open at 6am.

Slower than frozen maple syrup!!! Took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get a drink, won’t buy the food! Can NOT advertise as fast food anymore.
