I used the app to order a pick up breakfast order inside and my order showed up in good time and was correct. I actually ate here two days in a row for breakfast and both times were good. The place was fairly busy for breakfast time. I got my breakfast and soda cup and the soda machine worked well and I like the straws they have available. Their straws are better than the straws at my local McDonald’s. I used the app so I didn’t really have to deal with anyone besides them calling my name for the meal and they did that fine. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuits tasted like normal biscuit sandwiches from McDonald’s. If I’m ever back in Winchester, I’d come back to this location for breakfast and use the app again to order.

Very rude at the drive thru. I couldn’t even order everything the kids wanted. The lady kept interrupting, asking if that is all. Without letting you finish 1 sentence. The manager handed the food at the drive thru and just shrugged about how rude the lady was taking the order.

This happens regularly. I order “ham”, egg, and cheese McGriddle. I don’t like the “strip” bacon. This time order taker got it correct. It clearly shows sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle- no sausage, sub Can Bacon. What did I get? Strip bacon, not round Canadian bacon, their signature breakfast meat!

I placed an order on the app and I paid for the hot honey sauce. They gave me hot mustard instead, so I went back through the drive through and asked them for hot honey and they gave me hot mustard again. This is the 3rd time this happened.

It’s McDonald’s so my standards aren’t unreasonably high and I always check my burger first. I was very displeased to find the hard part of the onion stem on my burger. Like I know I’m being petty but also this blatantly does not belong on a burger. The people were nice, the lobby was clean, and they weren’t out of sweet tea so it’s a net win but still…

This is a nice McDonald’s. Staff very friendly however they loose a star over the soda fountain. The soda fountain here is utterly terrible. Carbonation was bad and the soda was warm. This is the worst soda fountain I have ever experienced. On the other hand, my Egg McMuffin was absolutely delicious. Cook just perfect. The staff was friendly other than the soda fountain. This would have been a life-changing experience.
