I was really disappointed with my order. My McChicken was terrible — someone pressed it with their nail, so half of the burger was squished. On top of that, all the fries spilled inside the bag. We weren’t given any ketchup, and instead they brought completely the wrong sauce. Very poor service and quality.

The first thing I noticed was how dirty the dining area was. Every table had food or spilled drink on them. The floor had food and garbage on it. I thought maybe they were just short staffed, but reading through the comments, it seems it’s always like this. After ordering, our food was ready pretty quickly. We were disappointed that our breakfast sandwiches were barely warm like they had been sitting for a while. At least the coffee was hot. ♂️ Based on this experience I would not recommend this location.

After getting off work late, I stopped to get my son a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. I get home and open his box and there are only 4 chicken nuggets in a 6 piece box. I called the store 4 times to rectify the issue, but no one answered the phone.

I’ve been consistently ordering from this McDonald’s for five years. Service standards, guest service, and efficiency have steadily increased. However, in all this time (and we get Mick-D’s a lot) whenever I request extra onions on an item, they remove the onions – I get none. Spoken to whatever manager is there at the time to rectify by giving the onions to me separately, as well as to advise their teams for future orders…. Still hasn’t changed.

Went for a pickup order. They told me to wait around the corner. Waited 20 minutes and I saw 4 cars have their order delivered. Then my meal got marked as delivered as well. They gave my food to someone else and never planned on telling me.

Look man GET RID OF THIS KID!!! I have been here THREE times and on each occasion this kid digs in his nose then hands customers their food!!! sick!!! To prove my point I said ima take pics of this kid this time and actually caught him in the act, PICS FOR PROOF, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING , its worst because he is working the front line handing people they’re food!!!! not eating here anymore!!!!

I am so disappointed with how this was handled I wanted to order the gold edition snack wrap, a sweet tea, and a Diet Coke. However when taking my order they put a ranch snack wrap meal a sweet tea and Diet Coke and then when asked if that was all I confirmed that it was a gold edition snack wrap and they simply added a single gold snack wrap to our order and told us to pull up. Knowing this wasn’t correct we spoke with the women at the first window that we just wanted the gold edition snack wrap but she insisted that’s all we had on our order and that it came with two and was cheaper that way. Very confused I just paid and asked for my receipt because she didn’t give anymore information. Looking at my receipt and seeing the issue was still not fixed I pulled up to the second window and the woman simply grabbed her manager who apparently took our order and began arguing with me about what I had apparently said when ordering and she had zero intention of fixing my order or having a conversation with me she then blurts out you want large fry? What? I am so at a loss and feeling very confused and frustrated but just say ok at this point because I have already been charged for more food than I even wanted at this point and would just like to not escalate this further. I am asked if I want any sauce and I ask for some good sauce and told that they don’t have any anymore by the woman working the drive thru with her manager behind her who is no longer speaking to me. I am so done at this point and I am handed my bag and the window shut in my face only to discover I wasn’t even given all the food I paid for!!!! I open my bag to find 2 fries and a single snack snack wrap and to top it all off my Diet Coke is regular coke not diet and my sweet tea tastes off(I usually love McDonald’s sweet tea and order it every time) I have no interest in driving back to this McDonald’s just to be yelled at and bullied by the manager so I will never be returning to this location again and telling my friends and family to do the same unless they want the same unprofessional treatment and abuse.

We went for a quick bite for breakfast. The drive through is busy but we got through fast. We had the steak and egg bagels. These are exclusively served only in US. You can’t find them in Canada. They are good with or without the breakfast sauce. Since we are driving we skip the breakfast sauce this time. They are still good, not dry and not salty. The steak seems a bit small. The bagel is fresh. Folded egg is good too. Only disappointing thing is there’s very little grilled onion.
