Walked into McDonald’s with $8 and low expectations. Left feeling like a damn king. The fries? Still hotter than my love life. The McDouble? Two thin patties holding hands and whispering, “You’re safe now.” I don’t know what they put in that Coke, but it’s 40% carbonation and 60% raw power.
The lady at the counter had the speed and grace of a fighter pilot—burger, fries, nuggets, all in my hand before I could finish saying “no ketchup.” I ate it all in the parking lot like a feral raccoon and honestly, it was one of the better moments of my adult life.
Thank you, McDonald’s, for keeping it cheap, greasy, and weirdly healing.

I ordered through Uber Eats. I asked for an unsweetened tea with two lemons and four Splenda. Instead, I got three drops of tea in a large cup of water and ice. Other restaurants would let you know if they are out of a menu item but I’m not surprised at how this McDonald’s thought this was acceptable to send out. At least the food was decent.

Clean and friendly McDonald’s. This location barely has 30 seats inside, a small passing lot, and mostly serves as a drive thru location. It’s conveniently on the corner of Garrisonville Road and Shelton shop Road. It was renovated a few years ago, and is still in good shape. It’s very close to the local highschool, so there are often students in and around here, but they are mostly good kids. The parking lot is small… But well designed. Getting through the drive thru is a breeze.

This smaller McDonald’s restaurant was recently renovated again, and is well managef. It is located on the corner of a major three way intersection, with adequate access and egress, near North Stafford HS, on the west end of Garrisonville Road. It is more cafe styled recently, with staff bringing your order to the table, when dining in. The restaurant is clean, with well kept bathrooms, and tables that sometimes need wiping down… but nothing drastic. They do not serve COKE ZERO, but customers continue to ask for it. For customers like myself, LOW CARB options are available… such as bunless burgers served in bowls. It’s an attractive little place, and we appreciate the “Value Menu” for cheaper a la carte items.

They pretty good about getting your order correct. Just don’t go to this location when school is dismissed because it packed full of rude high school kids and the service is not great at that time.

Make sure you check your order before leaving the drive through window, we got home and noticed we were missing a 10pc order of chicken nuggets and an apple pie. I guess it’s time to drive a little further down 610 to someplace that gets it right!
