I’ve never seen a McDonalds struggle more than this location to fill orders correctly. No pickles is clearly written on the order ticket that is taped to the box my burger came in. So why is the burger covered in pickles? And why is the bacon practically raw? This happens almost every time I order from there so I have finally learned my lesson and will spend my money elsewhere.

I tend to like the breakfast items more than the dinner items. Food selections are hit or miss. I have to be in the mood for McDonald’s. I don’t particularly care for the new kiosk system.
–This is an addendum posted on 6/23/2025. This particular location really needs to get it together. My daughters waited an HOUR tonight to get their food!!! More often than not, there are problems with night staff being organized and having your order correct. I often go to other McDonald’s in the area because I know they will get my order right and out in a decent timely manner. Honestly I don’t mind waiting for HOT FRESH FOOD, but an hour??? NO WAY.

Came in to eat inside tonight. There were hardly no clean tables anywhere. Whoever owns this facility apparently just doesn’t care to improve the situation at all. Also my husband’s sandwich was cold.

First, I’d like to say Damian was AMAZING and nice. The manager was not so kind. She was overwhelmed and making excuses and rolling her eyes. I get my burger and I had to spit out the first bite as it was loaded with salt. I mean, LOADED. I felt attacked because we asked if someone could help us at the register when we ordered. Stay away from this location.

I ordered 2 mchickens and one of them has cheese on it… since when yall put cheese on a mchicken!!! AND the buns are super hard after i had to wait 10 minutes for “fresh” food. ruined my night tbh

If I could give no stars I would forgot my McDouble on my door dash paid 50$ for whoever working the kitchen or whoever is getting orders together or whoever the shift manager is on 10/17/25 around 11pm is trash just like the McDoubles you made should’ve through them in the trash too you can tell they don’t care but if they didn’t have a job would they care then ketchup on top of every bun cannot properly wrap a burger fries not hot extra piece of cheese wasted product that McDonald’s made $278,850,000 in 2008 off of cheese it’s McDonald’s I think a 15 year old could’ve done a better job maybe someone needs retraining or rehiring

Waited in line for a bit. Got to the service window and received all fries undercooked as well as chicken nuggets not even cooked through. People are usually friendly and helpful but what is up with the quality of food.

The drive-thru has two lanes. I picked one, and saw 4-5 cars have their orders taken and proceed through the other lane while I and those who lined up behind me were ignored. Somebody finally greeted me as I was driving away, but by then I’d chosen to eat elsewhere.

0 star review. This location is the worst Mcdonald’s we’ve ever been to. It was busy but nothing crazy. Had to have been just 1 guy in the kitchen or something. We placed a small mobile breakfast order (2 sandwiches 2 drinks), waited in the drive thru line for 45 mins just for them to give us food from someone else’s order who didn’t want to wait anymore and left. I will say one of the ladies at the window was polite and understanding, we asked for a refund and she still gave us our order. ( which we waited now 50 mins for)

Cookie was the best server ever and got us our food speedy quick and would definitely recommend eating here. Loved the service cookie had great energy and got us our food very quickly and was so kind great service
