Solid and reliable experience at this McDonald’s. I placed an order through the app and the pickup process was smooth and hassle-free. Everything was ready on time with no issues.
They also have a fairly large seating area compared to many city locations, which makes it a convenient spot to sit down and eat, especially in a busy neighborhood like Rosslyn. The location is great, easy to access and perfect for a quick stop whether you’re commuting or exploring the area.

I ordered a TinyTAN Happy Meal mainly for the TinyTAN toy, but they didn’t include it in my bag. When I asked about it, the staff just checked a few boxes and said they didn’t have any left — no apology or offer to fix it. If you guys don’t have the toys, you should put up a sign saying they’re out of stock. On top of that, my fries were not hot — they were almost lukewarm. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Between messy and filthy. Bathrooms are locked. Staff are gruff. The order kiosk tells you to take a table number, but they’re not set up to deliver food to tables.

Placed my order on the app 5 minutes before I got in. Saw about 22 people come in after me all get their food. I finally asked and the app said my food was ready 10 minutes prior when it wasn’t. This has to be one the worst MC in Arlington . I used to go there when it was just a good old place before the big buildings. I was handed my food with no oplilgies , I had to pay a cancellation fee for my tied and missed 2 buses. I will not ever order from this location and I will advise my friends as well. There has to be a regional manger that over sees these things, not the first time

The mobile ordering is a disaster. Multiple canceled orders, messages that say orders are ready, but they’re not. I’m assuming they were gaming the system by saying that orders are satisfied before they even made them, but it’s not great given the parking situation and the need for the reporting to be accurate. Don’t order here if you have to pick up for a delivery order.

Mannnn! So I always get a steak egg and cheese bagel from McDonald’s so I KNOW what they should look and taste like. Now if you have every eaten one you know how greasy and drippy it can be. Which I love! I took a pic of the paper just to show how dehydrated my sandwich was. The only thing that saved it was the egg. The bagel was hard, the steak was like jerky and this was at 9AM so why is NOTHING FRESH?! This probably was made for someone else because the entire sandwich just looked like it had been sitting. The cheese on my bagel will show you that! I had someone else go inside for me so I can’t rate customer service but even the biscuit that my friend ordered was hard as a rock. Enjoy the pics and do better AM SHIFT!

My typical McDonalds visit leaves me disappointed for selecting it as my fast food solution. Stepping out of the metro, it was readily available and on my route, so I stopped in. I was met by a team happy to provide good customer service. My well presented meal was delivered to my table with a smile. The food tasted fresh and well prepared.
What a surprise. I’ll be swinging back through to confirm my experience in a few days.

This location is in a constant low grade crisis. Has sadly turned into an open air asylum, particularly at night, I suppose for being next to the Metro and a park. They recently stopped table service, so you have to stand in a crowd waiting for food which is taking longer and longer lately. Food itself seems fine though.
