Kimberly and Jaime were simply great – service with a smile – and their lady manager – wow, she was efficient and on it!
Watching her work and get orders out and take care of issues quick and efficient – if I had a business in DC I would steal her and the girls. They made our local experience seem welcoming and paced for our tastes – the personal touch is so important and this team made it for us.
We’re heading back to Omaha, but if we visit again, we’ll visit this restaurant just for the people.

Mambo sauce vs mumbo sauce as well as the sweet and spicy jam sauce. The mambo sauce was spicy. However the sweet and spicy jam sauce was not at all. It w as more sweet than anything else. I believe McDonald’s is trying to play a trick on words with their sauces because they did not meet my expectation. Of the two I like the mambo sauce. The customer service could be better. The cashier appeared agitated when I asked her to repeat the count for each choice of nuggets. Then went I went to pick up my order. I checked my bag and noticed the two different sauces I had asked for were not inside of my bag. When I asked for the other sauce I was told I would be charged. I shared that I would give once sauce back to them in order to receive the other sauce I had asked for. They agreed. However, if the cashier had gotten it correct when I placed my order the interaction would not have had to occur at the stage of pick up.

While at the mall doing some shopping with my son, we got hungry! There was many options to chose from in the food court on the main floor. I ultimately chose to get some food for him here because he’s a picky eater and I wanted to get him something somewhat healthy. Also, he’s been avoiding eating food i brought him the day before (chicken parm pasta and broccoli), so I didn’t want to get him all of what he wanted.
I ordered via app to get rewards point. They had a deal for free 6 piece nuggets with $1 purchase. I ended up getting him 6 piece nuggets, apple slices, apple juice. His food was ready at about 4-5 minutes later. His food was hot and they weren’t very busy. He asked for honey to go with his apples and they had some available. My son told me he was still hungry after he finished as he had been saying he wasn’t hungry to avoid eating the food. I told him he had to wait to we get back but he started crying.. So I got him 3 more packs of apple slices and honey to go with it. He was satisfied after that. I will add they they gave me honey mustard instead of honey. However, it was a quick and easy fix to swap out.
As a side note to the story, my son ate the chicken parm and broccoli when we got back to the hotel when he got hungry again, lol.

Food was fairly good. Size of burgers seems to shrink every time I eat at MacDons. Tables n chairs mostly clean. Counter service person was kind of polite, wait in line was zero, but with 4 cooks, 1 manager, 2 counter people, I’d expect to not have to wait 12 minutes. Order 11:04. Received 11:16.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered at. After I ordered my food (cheeseburger, small fries, medium Coke), it took over 10 minutes for them to even realize they never made my food, and that was because I told them 3 times. The food, as you’d expect from a ≥10 minute wait, was not the greatest.

This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a happy meal and a small Fanta and when I went back upstairs to my job, I happened to fin a small worm on the inside of the lid. Any costumer could have missed that and gotten sick from that. It shows you how un sanitary and how un clean the place is. After I went back down and told the lady I would like a refund but she had no idea what I was saying and she just went to go get me a new one. At that point I just gave up. I won’t be coming back. Absolutely disgusting.
