Service was one of the worst I have experienced for McDonald’s. No greetings..Basically hand out to receive the money and shove the change back with no eye contact. Person at 2nd window just rudely stares without speaking…most likely doesn’t speak English. I’m pretty sure food was messed with also. Beware of this location!

Horribly slow and under staffed. No one to give assistance at the self checkout or the counter. Everyone stuck in the kitchen. Couldn’t even get a receipt from the self checkout. Not even much customer at the location yet dire slow service.

terrible customer service placed a breakfast online order. 15 mins before 10:30am i hit traffic on the way here thinking i already ordered my food it shouldn’t be a problem. i get to the speaker at 10:33am and the manager is very rude stating i had to be there before 10:30am even tho i had placed an online order and refused to help me with my refund.

One of my worst experience with this branch, the sign and google maps on their website says the dining area closed at 11 pm, we arrived at 10, door locked, i tapped on glass to speak with someone and explained, the manager watched me, and she completely ignored me, i was with my 2 kids, on dec 16, one of my daughter and she in love with happy meal shocked when she saw that and she decided and told me that’s very mean to ignore a customer!! Imagine a 6 years old can think about taking care of customer better than a manager. Its not all about quality of food only, its about behaviors too.

I only eat here just before the evening rush or shortly thereafter. The place is always spotless during those times (including the parking lot), employees are pleasant and the food is fresh and hot. I like the recent interior renovation and the Memorial Day decorations were a nice touch. I can’t speak for the drive-thru service.

The Morning people are very quiet but nice. I must admit since the remodel the place has been sparkling clean and the managers keeps up with the deep cleaning in the back. The food is good but them biscuits are extra hard for some reason try a McMuffin or bagel instead.

Food is a crap shoot; sometimes it’s good and what you ordered, other times it’s just the opposite. At least twice I came by here on my way into work and ordered the steak and egg breakfast bagel. I ordered two of them, one w/out egg for a coworker who is allergic, both with extra sauce, which you have to pay $.45 each for. Each time I verified when paying that the orders were correct. And each time the egg was still on the sandwich and neither had the extra sauce that I paid for. These people don’t care about reviews either. The service is just too bad here to bother.

brought a burnt burger back totally black, kid playing on his phone with his gloves goes to get fries in same gloves, same kid laughing after manger ordered my food over in spanish . Went from being burnt to smashed greasy and totally disgusting. Also no sweet tea, my sandwich ordered for me by the manager in spanish. Point in serving food is to atleast try to make editable or is this what we deserve for going here?
