I just went and got a hot fudge sundae. I haven’t had one in probably 10 years. I was so looking forward to it. They used some room temperature, shelf stable chocolate syrup! It wasn’t even warm! It tasted like chemicals! So disgusting. Is this just this location or have all McDs done away hot fudge?

I have never seen a McDonald’s in such bad shape. Every table was filthy, the drink counter was filthy, the dining room floor was also filthy and let’s not forget the bathroom that had toilet paper all over the floor. I placed my order at the kiosk that had fingerprints all over it – the worker that brought the food out to my table was not friendly, and the trashcan outside was overflowing and spilling out onto the parking lot and curb. Where is the Department of Health when you need them? If I could have given this place negative stars I would have.

AWFUL SERVICE. Order breakfast through their own app and ordered was accepted only for them to tell my door dasher an HOUR later they aren’t making breakfast when my order should’ve been done well before he got there. This McDonalds is so lazy I truly try my best not to use it for this exact reason.

Traffic on the interstate was crawling so we stopped for lunch at 1:15 Sunday afternoon. We haven’t been to any McDonald’s anywhere for over a year. It isn’t easy to find either since it’s on a cross street of the exit road.
We ordered (2) double cheeseburgers. We don’t like mustard on our burgers so my wife asked the cashier “what comes on the burger?”. (We don’t like using he kiosks.) She didn’t understand the question. I interjected and told her “no mustard” and she understood. My wife had another question and she summoned a supervisor who finished the order.
The burgers needed the extra ketchup we requested as they were dry and a bit stale. The cheese wasn’t melted, which probably would have helped.
This visit confirmed why we haven’t been to McDonald’s for a long time.

Stopped to use bathroom, which were clean. Always buy something when we stop, seems like the right thing to do when using the facilities.

Drink machines had no ice and sodas were all flat. Was not even busy. Staff just didn’t seem to care. Food was not even up to usual standards.
