I recently ordered two McValue meals. When I arrived home and checked my order, I discovered that the burgers were missing. I immediately called the store to report the issue, but my call was hung up on. When I called back, the employee who answered was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was not treated with basic courtesy, nor was my concern handled properly.
As a paying customer, I expect accurate orders and respectful communication. The behavior I experienced shows a serious lack of customer service and accountability. This type of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect well on your business.
I am requesting that this matter be addressed seriously. I would appreciate an explanation, appropriate action taken with staff, and compensation or a resolution for the missing items.
As for the service, it was fine and quick. At least they respected the table delivery option when ordering through the app, unlike some other places that just ignore that convenience. The food was as expected — standard McDonald’s quality.
However, the staff really needs to pay more attention to cleaning the tables. It was unpleasant trying to sit down and finding leftover food from the previous customer.
Overall, I recommend the place, but I’d point out that they need better signage for parking and more consistent table cleaning.

I normally order a medium cup of hot water sometimes with or without lemons using the drive thru, especially when it’s cold outside and I am DoorDashing.
When I used the drive thru today I asked for a medium cup of hot water with 3 lemons, the employee stated $.30 cents.
I grabbed $.30 cents once I got to the window to pay, she then told me $.92 cents, I said it showed and you stated $.30 cents.
The nice employee stated, “she don’t wanna, you got water too, she don’t wanna”. I’m thinking she is talking about the manager..
So I stated, never mind, I’ll just go to 711.
I get so tired of the back and forth, different prices, sometimes it’s free.
I will file a corporate complaint and provide each and every date and time I’m used this same McDonald’s, it was either free or $.30, never $.92 for a cup of hot water.
This is insane. If you want to charge $.30 for the cup, cool, water should be FREE.

The night crew struggles to fulfill orders correctly while the day crew struggles with time management regarding getting the orders out. There needs to be an improvement in the service to match the quality of “McDonald’s” food but severely lacking a sense of urgency to getting peoples orders and food done within a reasonable period of time. Currently waiting 7 mins with 4 cars in front now at 2pm.
I’ve eaten McDonald’s for so many years and have never seen a pickup take 30 minutes from mobile order to actually receiving my food. They clearly saw my order, yet still insisted I placed it at the wrong location. The staff was extremely impatient. Honestly, I can’t take it — what is the manager here even doing?
