I am writing to formally complain about an ongoing issue I have experienced at your location. This is now the third time this has happened, and it is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I recently ordered two McValue meals. When I arrived home and checked my order, I discovered that the burgers were missing. I immediately called the store to report the issue, but my call was hung up on. When I called back, the employee who answered was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was not treated with basic courtesy, nor was my concern handled properly.

As a paying customer, I expect accurate orders and respectful communication. The behavior I experienced shows a serious lack of customer service and accountability. This type of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect well on your business.

I am requesting that this matter be addressed seriously. I would appreciate an explanation, appropriate action taken with staff, and compensation or a resolution for the missing items.

I stopped by this place since it was on the way to an appointment, and I was hungry and looking for something quick and convenient. I found the location a bit confusing, especially when it came to parking. It’s not clear where you’re allowed to park, and you have to be careful not to use private spots. I only saw curbside pickup spaces, but there were no signs indicating which spots actually belonged to the restaurant — which is frustrating if you want to dine in. Having to guess where to park, with the risk of getting towed, really isn’t ideal. On top of that, it was hard to even find a spot. Without proper parking, the experience starts off on the wrong foot.

As for the service, it was fine and quick. At least they respected the table delivery option when ordering through the app, unlike some other places that just ignore that convenience. The food was as expected — standard McDonald’s quality.

However, the staff really needs to pay more attention to cleaning the tables. It was unpleasant trying to sit down and finding leftover food from the previous customer.

Overall, I recommend the place, but I’d point out that they need better signage for parking and more consistent table cleaning.

Food was lukewarm at best. The “team lead” Dhanya was rude to MULTIPLE other customers including me and my fiance when we stopped in a for a quick drink. Another group of customers someone had ordered a iced tea without ice and when they asked her to correct the order she made a face, mumbled something and went to redo the drink but then added a half cup of water to the drink and when they asked her why she responded by saying “Its too sweet.”

I’m so sorry but ‘Dhanya’ lacks professionalism, disregarding and disrespecting customers.

I normally order a medium cup of hot water sometimes with or without lemons using the drive thru, especially when it’s cold outside and I am DoorDashing.

When I used the drive thru today I asked for a medium cup of hot water with 3 lemons, the employee stated $.30 cents.

I grabbed $.30 cents once I got to the window to pay, she then told me $.92 cents, I said it showed and you stated $.30 cents.

The nice employee stated, “she don’t wanna, you got water too, she don’t wanna”. I’m thinking she is talking about the manager..

So I stated, never mind, I’ll just go to 711.

I get so tired of the back and forth, different prices, sometimes it’s free.

I will file a corporate complaint and provide each and every date and time I’m used this same McDonald’s, it was either free or $.30, never $.92 for a cup of hot water.

This is insane. If you want to charge $.30 for the cup, cool, water should be FREE.

Sad. I’m tired of it.

Constantly have individuals who suffer from mental instability outside the doors at night.
The night crew struggles to fulfill orders correctly while the day crew struggles with time management regarding getting the orders out. There needs to be an improvement in the service to match the quality of “McDonald’s” food but severely lacking a sense of urgency to getting peoples orders and food done within a reasonable period of time. Currently waiting 7 mins with 4 cars in front now at 2pm.

Amazing McDonald’s location with wonderful customer service. ❤️ Really great people work here, making it one of the best McDonald’s restaurants in America. A young lady was taking orders outside and she went out of her way to hold both doors open for me. She had the sweetest personality. The two staff members inside the restaurant gave me kind, prompt, and professional service. This McDonald’s is conveniently located on Leesburg Pike across the street from Tysons Corner Center mall. Every time I come here, I receive outstanding service. They go above and beyond for their customers. Awesome food and coffee served hot, fresh, and delicious. Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

Pulled up around 3 a.m., ordered my food, and didn’t find out it was cash only until I got to the window. The guy just said “system’s down” like it was totally normal—for a McDonald’s? Makes zero sense. Order was wrong too. If your system’s down, maybe mention that before taking people’s orders. Whole experience felt sketchy.

Employees are very disrespectful and always have a frowny, mad face, the manager Dhania didnt have good manners talking to customers and had no gloves on. We had an offer on our receipt that says buy one get a sandwich for free after rating and “Dhania” refused to give us the sandwiches saying that we have to pay for them.

Do NOT order pickup from this place — it’s unbelievably chaotic.
I’ve eaten McDonald’s for so many years and have never seen a pickup take 30 minutes from mobile order to actually receiving my food. They clearly saw my order, yet still insisted I placed it at the wrong location. The staff was extremely impatient. Honestly, I can’t take it — what is the manager here even doing?

They are liars. They tell you to buy one meal and get the second one free when you review us. When we reviewed the manager, whose name is Dhanya, she said, “Sorry, you cannot have this offer from McDonald’s again.” She is a liar and is not polite in dealing with customers.
