Ordered and food took over 20 minutes to get. Long line at drive thru, so they got their order before we did. Finally got our order, and it was literally thrown together. Very messy with a big blob of myo on one side, and cheese only on half of burger!..awful. After my husband complained, they said our order was taking a long time because of fries…bull! Our fries were half cold! And they seem to have no problems in drive thru with fries!

The service is fine and what to expect at McDonald’s but nothing made fresh enough and hot enough to make it home, which is less than 3 miles directly. Literally in 5 minutes the food is cold, rarely does it start the journey home piping hot but usually it is warm when recieved via drive through.

Menu is on par for this chain. A few employees are friendly and service-with-a-smile oriented. But, I feel like whoever is on the drive thru speaker/ first window is always either irritable, has no interest in trying to be friendly or polite, or just doesn’t know how to interact with people. Such as today, when I pulled up and had to wait on her to finish whatever she was doing in her phone before she opened the window and took my payment.

The people are friendly, but the service is miserable. Their is a real lack of concern for trying to get the food out in a timely manner and that it’s prepared correctly. They have a “captive” clientele on base, but they could at least try!
