Made a order at the drive threw they took the order right but did not care about what they put in the bag didn’t get what I paid for and I even told them light sauce but I guess that upset someone cause they decided light means extra sauce fries were cold and the only thing that was right was the sodas definitely not coming back here again I’d rather take the extra 10 mins and drive to the next location

Hours clearly aren’t accurate on here. They close earlier than they’re supposed to, I tried going at 10ish since they say they close at 11 and they told me they already shut everything down and closed.

Changing my 5 to a 2. Hours aren’t consistent. Driving 20 minutes into and off base for a McDonald’s that has people inside ignoring the drive-through at 10:20 when everything says they close at 11 is very frustrating. At least acknowledge or say you closed early? Other reviews saying the same thing make it seem like a consistent problem recently….

Got our burgers tossed in the bag and were falling out of the wrappers. Food tasted off. Sorry something definitely was happening today there causing for bad service. Hopefully this isn’t a trend but I’m no longer coming here.

This was the cleanest, neatest mickey d’s I’ve ever been in. And for my first time in months, and super early in the morning and about to drive a long distance, it made a perfect start to my trip. Never thought I would say this about a McDonald’s.
And they had a play section I would let my child go, if I had one.

The people are friendly, but the service is miserable. Their is a real lack of concern for trying to get the food out in a timely manner and that it’s prepared correctly. They have a “captive” clientele on base, but they could at least try!

I visited this location during lunch time. You would think they know how to handle the lunch rush, being physically on the base. It was a horrible experience. Everyone who ordered in the drive-thru had to pull forward or park and wait for their food. This made the parking lot very congested and unsafe. I waited 25 minutes, and had to go in and get a refund because the young lady came to my car 3 times with the wrong order. When I went inside there was no apology or anything. I expected more from a restaurant on base. This place needs a managerial overhaul. Be aware when visiting.

I don’t understand why you charge extra for extra onion, but don’t refund for no pickles? It should offset…. no other store charges me for extra onions except this one. I echo all the other comments as well, always packed for lunch rush but never organized and every time I order my special order (extra onion no pickle) they screw it up…. but they are friendly!

Restaurant was dirty, trash cans were full, there were plenty of flies. The A/C was barely working and the employees were having to deal with the heat. The manager should have been screaming for help. But the trash and the dirt fall full under him or her.
