The food is exactly as expected, delivering that classic taste with no surprises. The fries and nuggets were hot.
While the drive-through is efficient and definitely the way to go for speed, keep in mind that the indoor dining space is quite limited. It is a good place to swing through for a meal on the go, even if it isn’t the best setup for a long sit-down lunch with a large group.

McDonald’s used to be a great organization with well trained employees kind, and courteous staff and professional conduct. The people at this store made me feel like I wasn’t important! They need training. I’ve noticed it’s become more and more common at other McDonald’s too. they have a system to use your name and a code in order to get your food. The employees are rude about who they decide they’re gonna give food to And at this particular store even if you say your name and the code 3 times they still act like you’re not saying something they understand so they just keep looking at you with a blank stare and won’t give you your food. I had to go through the drive-through line twice today and on the second time asked for the manager just to get my food from them. If I could give zero stars after the way they made me feel I would.

Earlier today I was at this McDonald’s when I left I got in my Uber and realized I forgot my phone when I asked my girlfriend to look for the number and when she called the employee who answered said hello when she was trying to explain i had left my iPhone they said they couldn’t hear her and hung up. She called again and was hung up on again. She decided to make a call to someone else and there was no issue with them hearing. Tomorrow I’ll have to go check if anyone turned my phone in but with the call issue weather they really couldn’t hear the issue was they’re phone not hers. And tomorrow who’s to tell me an employee saw my phone and put it up. By the inconvenience about the call I wasn’t able to ask them to go look wich would have made the probability of my phone being found and put up by an employee now who knows if any costumer came in saw and took it instead of turning it in

So I got notifications 10 minutes ago to orders were ready after 10 minutes when I came nobody helped me and when I ask the manager, give me the two he told me they’re not ready. When I ask him why I got notifications 10 minutes ago they are ready. He told me I’m gonna cancel this order and I’m gonna give two different person. Arrogant manager. If you talk on the same way on different countries, you’re gonna lose your job.

service is so bad , their so quick to close the drive thru window on you. When you ask for a sauce they look so annoyed. Terrible service terrible workers.

Rudest service ever. There were several customers who had placed orders using their app. The manager (Garcia) did not help even when shown the orders and confirmation numbers. Told them they ordered at other stores. Customers tried to re-order and deals where no longer able to be applied. Not her problem. Hand on her hip the entire time, nose in the air. Will never go to this location again.

Was down this way the other day stop by this location of this fast food place for some breakfast and this place was very convenient very good hot food the hot cakes that sausage was good the other service was good the place was nice and clean this location for this food fast food restaurant has been here over 45 years or more and is very good it’s always been a very good location when you’re in the route 50 Area Falls Church Virginia been going by this location for years when I’ve just needed some quick food and I’ve been down this way we do highly recommend this location for everybody it’s a good family atmosphere is great for the whole family it’s not too much for the vegetarian but it is good for some fast food that is nice and hot serve well and in a clean environment staff are friendly and this is a good location to go to

I order 10 piece nuggets meal and the special 2 for $6 I order 2 spicy chicken sandwich comes with chipotle sauce but to save money to the company or not to harm their budgets they give me the dollar menu 2 mac chicken sandwich some stores do this is the only way they do do that to save money themselves and not follow macdonalds advertisedment so check you stuff and demand I didn’t go back to complain since I’m a Latino I’m sure they will find some bs to tell me and I also save myself a bad moment I usually go to Springfield macdonalds they are on point the one on commerce st and backlick
