This McDonald’s in Falls Church offers a pleasant experience overall. The food tasted great, and the dining area was large, clean, and comfortable—definitely above average for a fast-food spot. Ordering through the app was smooth and convenient, making pickup easy and quick. The service was generally fine, though there’s a bit of room for improvement in making sure orders are completely accurate. Still, it’s a reliable and well-kept location for a quick meal.

Folks – don’t go here as other reviewers stated. We placed a mobile order Saturday at 8:30AM and went to the spot and waited 20 minutes for 3 basic egg McMuffins until I got irritated watching many drive through cars go by. I went in and the manager couldn’t speak English and had an employee translate. They missed the order or something. She acted unconcerned. I never could understand her. I am not racist. We are an English speaking country the manager should have a working knowledge of English. App deleted.

Don’t ever do drive-thru here. Service sucks. We came at night on 1/18, the lady was rude to us. We were also trying to be helpful by speaking her own language. But she didn’t even want to try to help. We didn’t even finish ordering and she just cut us off say “okay next window”. We just drove off and went inside instead.
The guy that was working that night was really much better than those bitter ladies at the drive thru. If you really hate your job maybe quit and find another one??

I would give this location zero stars. The staff are unprofessional and not courteous just because they feel some power over whether you get your food. Yet another McDonald’s ruining customers experience because the staff feels as though the code they give you gives them the right to make you feel like we have power over your food. The problem is when you give them the code after you’ve given them your name which they clearly see in the screen, they act like they didn’t hear you and make you repeat it 14 times. I’m not trying to go through an inquisition just to get some subpar food. I’m done with this franchise. I feel like every restaurant should get zero stars because the problem is wide spread.

Will cancel your delivery order without any notice or reason why. It’s supposed to be 24hr. Clearly it’s not. Just an FYI. Oh and forgets to include all food items in order… a happy meal without nuggets is not very “happy”. Pretty disappointing.

The burgers I got were fine, just normal, classic McDonald’s burgers!
But the chicken sandwiches were a bit of an issue, one was ok but the other was really dry and my husband had to add a lot of ketchup to enjoy it
The fries were sadly cold I love the salty fries at McDonald’s whenever I’m craving so I ate the lukewarm ones in the car but had to throw most of them away

I don’t usually eat McDonald’s but I had a burger craving and this location was on my way home. The service was great but the quality of the food was dismal.
The burger was cold and the bottom bun was soaked with grease and 3 bites in I bit into a long black hair that was baked into the bun and at that point it just went into the trash.
I know that McDonalds has quality standards and it’s seriously lacking at this location. Beware if you decide to stop.

I came in here with my girlfriend to get the Grinch Meal, and much to my joy and surprise the place was covered wall to wall in Grinch decorations and baloons. And it wasn’t like it was stuff sent in by corporate but like the management had a lot of fun with the promotion. This is truly an awesome McDonalds!

WARNING TO DIABETICS! THEY DO NOT HAVE SUGAR FREE PANCAKE SYRUP like most McDonalds. They tried to give me some sort of diet drink syrup. Not what you expect in a major metropolitan area with millions of seniors and DIABETICS. Also all of their other sugar free options contain dangerous artificial sweeteners. The ONLY natural sugar free zero calorie sweetener recommend by the AMA for Diabetics is pure STEVIA.
They have Vegan options for the less than 3 million Vegans in the US, BUT no Diabetic options for the 135+ million diabetics.

The service at this McDonald’s was truly disappointing. They don’t follow any order.
