Today I went to this location to order three breakfasts.
I was waiting in line, the female employee at
›the register answered a personal phone call and didn’t take any orders. She kept talking and eventually handed it off to a male employee. He was extremely rude. When I asked for ketchup, he said
“Isn’t it in there?” in a very disrespectful tone. I will never come back.

This is the worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever had. I originally went through the drive-through to order. My fries were cold, so I went back through to let them know and to see if I can exchange it. The fries that they gave me seemed like it was the same fries that I had handed to them. I can tell because The fries were really hard and it looked like they refried The original ones I gave them.. I was annoyed, but I kind of just moved past it. Then I had the hamburger and the Hamburger bun was stale, and the burger was cold. Are y’all just leaving food out at night and not cooking? Please do better by your night customers. If food sits out too long, you’re supposed to dispose of it and make a new batch not try to sell it to the customer. I know you guys might not be as busy at night, but that’s no excuse to give people stale in old food. I don’t mind waiting for Fresh food.

I bought all my large products to get my Monopoly stickers, but the large chips and large soda didn’t have them on, so I proceeded to ask if they didn’t have them, as they’re supposed to give them out, and their answer was that they didn’t have them and they don’t even notify you so you don’t waste your time looking for products they no longer carry, even though the offer is still valid.

Tonight, around 1:10 a.m., I went to McDonald’s and was really disappointed. The fries were ice cold, and my Big Mac meal had only one patty inside! Such careless service is unacceptable. After this experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this is quite honestly the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited anywhere in North America or worldwide.

I did come later in the evening around 30 minutes before closing, but that should be no excuse for completely failing to hold up to typical Mc.Donalds quality standards.

Restaurant was very dirty, garbage spilling out everywhere. Items were also completely out of stock. Ordered a simple meal and literally waited for over 20 minutes for it to be ready for pickup to take out. There seem to be some sort of argument between staff and three people working in total.

The food I finally got was made sloppily and cold and overall just tasted weird so I tossed it out.

Quite disappointed and will not return to this location.

Very friendly staff and fast service. With all the excitement over the Lil McDonald’s happy meal toys, the staff was very helpful and took the time to look at the numbers on the box to find the ones I’m looking for. I was even able to buy the extra toys without having to purchase a happy meal for each of them. They definitely went above and beyond in customer service!!!

Very bad experience today around 3:54 PM at the drive-thru. The employee ( L’Oréal same thing his name) was rude from the beginning, spoke harshly, and had loud, unpleasant sounds coming through the headset. When I went to pay, he suddenly told me “get out” three times without any proper explanation.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customers deserve basic respect. If someone is unhappy with their job, they should not treat people this way. Management needs to address this.

While traveling through the area we stopped here on the day after Xmas. They were fantastic. John, the guy who took my order was exceptionally professional and friendly. Easily the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in many years

These girls just laughed at us and refused to open the window when we were just trying to get a refund on a mobile order. The order went through and said it was ready for pick up at the drive thru but then when we got to the window they said they wouldn’t help refund. Btw, there’s no way to refund through the app, it has to be through the register of the McDonald’s you order from. Yes, the restaurant is closed by 8 minutes— so the order shouldn’t have charged us & they should’ve been able to refund us.
Also, unrelated, instead of helping us, they ran around the restaurant throwing towels at each other. (This is the last photo- where they are going back behind the register).
