The supervisor who worked at this location on 02/26/2026 around 6:00-6:15 PM was extremely inconsiderate to me as the paying customer. He had scolded me for the reason why my two orders were taken without my consent from two teenage boys, and said next time I shouldn’t place my order 20 minutes prior to me approaching the store. You don’t know what had happened in those 20 minutes prior to me ordering. For someone who had worked in the customer service field for quite sometime, the behavior that was presented to me was utterly disgusting and unacceptable. And you can guess right, he definitely didn’t apologize for the inconvenience either. It’s a disgrace to have someone who acts that way in a supervisor position, having me believe anyone can be in his position. Should he had the common knowledge on how to be kind to myself as the paying customer, the situation wouldn’t have escalated to me writing this review. In addition to that, showing my receipts – he botched the order after scolding me for the incident! If you’re going to charge me for condiments, that’s completely fine. However, why in the world is your staff nor you, not putting the correct nor ANY of the condiments in the bag? I gave him a piece of advice for next time if this situation happens to another customer, but unfortunately like many others – I will be taking my money to the competitor or a different location. Hope this entire staff, especially management at this location gets entirely written off from this establishment. Everyone at this location needs to be replaced with workers and management who actually do their job properly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order from McDonald’s.
I placed an order directly through McDonald’s (Uber Eats), and unfortunately, some of my food items were missing. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, I spoke with someone named Maria, who I believe may be the manager. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, and she showed no willingness to help fix the mistake.
This experience was very frustrating. Missing items are already disappointing, but being treated disrespectfully when trying to resolve the issue made it much worse. As a customer, I expect accurate orders and basic courtesy—especially from management.
I would appreciate this issue being reviewed and receiving appropriate compensation for the missing food, as well as assurance that customer service concerns like this are taken seriously.

The new renovated store which now has a drive through option. I guess they also have a new friendlier crew. Loved the new interiors and the service. Special shout outs to the manager Karla (Carla) for remembering about the free drink I was due a couple weeks.

I’m almost always disappointed by lacking customer service, short staff, etc at McDonalds but damn do I love a Egg Mcmuffin. Nevertheless I was pleasantly surprised at the Breakfast service at this location, service was quick and friendly and the restaurant was constantly being cleaned by staff. This is a good location.

Friendly staff. Fast service but not very clean. The bathroom was disgusting. There was no toilet paper and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. Sure hope the employees doesn’t use this bathroom. If they did it would be a health hazard. I have seldom seen such a disgusting and unclean bathroom.

I stopped by on this location order a food than comes the order with a cold nasty fries I asked for a new fries and the employee grabbed the old fries and put for warm up I saw it and I said you are making me a new fries right?
