I ordered my food at 1025am. I ordered breakfast. This McDonald’s took thr money from my bank account. I go through the drive through and the staff tells me they won’t make my order bevause its 1033! How lomg would it take to make my egg mcmuffin?! They refused to make my order even though they already charged my bank card. The supervisor even told me they won’t make my order because it was 3 minutes past 1030, even though I already paid online! What happened to customer service?! They said I have to wait a few days to get my money back. How long would it take to make the order I paid for?! Worst customer service!

Customers at the cash register seem to be ignored minutes at a time by employees. To the employees’ credit, they are working hard in the kitchen, at the drive-through, and with regard to cleaning; but it would be great if an associate were posted at the counter to readily take orders, help with refills, etc. I finally left without placing my follow-up order because no employee approached the register while I waited.
Service is so much more ideal at Chick-fil-A. Associates there are generally already at the counter ready to greet and serve patrons prior to their arrival.

Hello, good afternoon, it’s unacceptable that in this place they deny extra ice. I asked the girl for extra ice because my glass doesn’t even have ice and she gives me a small glass telling me that for the extra ice she had to charge me more. I told her I just want ice and if you have to charge me I’ll pay you.. how ugly it is to see that knowing how hot the weather is, and they have to charge me more for the extra ice very disappointing I will never coming back to this place the lady w glasses very rude…

Sunday morning is my walk to McDonald’s and listen to a podcast before church day. The service at this location is always top notch, I’ve never had a long wait. The food is good quality and of course the coffee is hot and strong.

Ask for coffee and the manager in the Sunday morning 08/25/24 shift very rude and unprofessional. Customer service very lack of in intelligence!! Get better people to work at McDonald’s training then better. After spending almost 50 here ask for fresh coffee is not a big deal, Right?!! DO BETTER OR YOU GOING TO KEEP LOSING CUSTOMERS!!
